As a baseball and softball instructor, Koalendar has made scheduling ridiculously simple. Once it was set up, it became one less thing I had to chase, babysit, or manually manage.

I’ve been using the app for over a year now, and my clients love how easy it is to book, change, or cancel appointments without the back-and-forth text circus. The multiple email and text reminders have also helped cut down my no-shows, which is huge when you’re running lessons and every time slot matters.

For any coach, instructor, trainer, or small business owner who works by appointment, Koalendar is a no-brainer. It is clean, simple, professional, and it does exactly what you need it to do without making your life harder.

I have used Koalendar as my booking platform for several years now, and have always been very happy with both the platform and their customer service.

The platform is easy to navigate and use; recently added features make it even more adaptable and it definitely does what I need it to do.

On the couple of times I have had a question or issue, it has been sorted super quickly by an efficient and friendly customer service adviser.

The fee is fair and clear to see what is included. They always send a reminder before taking payment (helpful as I pay annually) I'm a very happy Koalendar customer!

For many years, I used the free version and only recently began to pay for the premium service. This is a wonderful scheduling application. It is intuitive and easy to use. The free version is great, but I love the integration of the premium features. I will stick with Koalander for my scheduling needs.

It’s super easy to use and does everything I need.

Koalendar syncs with my Google Calendar and allows people to schedule appointments with me during days and times I mark as available that work for their schedule. It has options for myself or the person who scheduled the appointment to reschedule or cancel those appointments, and sends reminder emails and notifications before the scheduled start time. It allows you to select either a phone meeting or in person meeting, add a description and important information, and offers a paid version with even more personalization options. Koalendar has made it so easy for me to be organized and productive at work. I love it!

I have used this to help students and colleagues find times to meet with me since April of 2023. It allows me to be much more accessible to the students. It requires me to be a bit more purposeful and organized with my calendar events, and occasionally I have to cancel meetings when students sign up for times that I hadn't booked. However, I generally consider this to be a boon because its forces me to improve my scheduling. Consequently, I recommend it to everyone I work with!

My only complaint is that I wish there was an educator's price point as the pro version is a bit pricey. Luckily, I seem to be grandfathered in to a nicer configuration than the free version of today would allow (I have multiple calendars synced).

Great and straight-forward planning tool.
Even the basic, free version offers great value for simple calendar-management and booking of sessions. Easy setup and sync with different other agenda's.

Seamless Experience

it's overall a great booking website, affordable, and very easy to use and understand. however what will make it better is:
1. if I can get notification when a pending booking needs verification so I can check on it asap.
2. if there's option to choose font colors in the block of text or question for the booking form to highlight policies.
3. allow pictures in the block of text or questions/appointment types so we can put qrcode scans or pictures of our work there
4. allow picture background on the booking page like a profile and background picture situation for more customization.

but otherwise amazing and the team also replied very quickly to any confusions, very happy to see this business grow.

Super Tool für die Terminplanung mit Kunden. Ich arbeite als freier Versicherungsmakler und kann Kalendar echt empfehlen. Die Möglichkeiten die ganzen Buchungen und Kalendareinträge zu bearbeiten sind wirklich top!

Auch die Möglichkeit der SMS Terminerinnerung ist super und das Thema DSGVO, was bei anderen Anbietern leider nicht gewährleistet ist.

Having a real person who is willing to answer your questions instead of an AI bot is a huge plus!

I’ve used Koalendar for 2 years now and it’s really helpful! I have customized it to allow people to choose group size, reserve times, pay booking fee and send reminder E-mails and texts. Customers navigate it easily and change or cancel their appointments from the confirmation. I’ve got availability linked to my Google Calendar, so if I have things planned or time I need to block, I just put it on my Google Calendar & koalender blocks appointments. There’s nothing I’ve wished it was, it’s been perfect

I’m really happy with Koalendar and so are my clients. I’m a massage therapist with my own studio and I use it manage all my appointments. I like how easily I can change my working times and my clients are delighted to see real-time availability and to receive booking confirmations automatically. Perfect for my business. Customer support is also superb… you feel really valued. Been using it for more than three years now and have no intention to change.
