This system is working fantastically for our needs. So glad I stumbled across it. Makes managing appointments so quick and easy with the booking process.

I own a consulting and coaching business for medium to large companies. I went through a couple Calendar apps and finally found Koalnder. It was easy to set up where the other ones took me a little bit more time to understand all the things that I wasn’t going to use or how to use them. The app is so easy to navigate and so easy to find my things and I was able to change anything on the spot. I would highly recommend to use this app. Their customer service is great with a quick turnaround response time. If you want simple that has all the features that you’re will need, go with Koalnder.

Smart and lean app which offers exactly what I need to manage my appointments. I like the flexibility of configuring the app for the type of meeting, the support for different profiles / use cases, and the way it integrates with Google Calendar. I'm happily paying a (modest) yearly fee for Koalendar.

This booking system has made my life so much easier; given me more time to work instead of time spent on booking in the client. Highly recommend. Love it!

Great experience so far! I'm college professor and use Koalendar to book student appointments. I'm new to the app and really liked the interface and overall program.

I recently hit a snag of my own making, emailed customer service - and they got back to me in under 4 hours - on a holiday weekend! We did a little back and forth and responses were always quick - and super helpful. It's a great program and great customer service!

The software is easy to use and intuitive. Makes setting up booking pages or scheduling pages simple and straightforward.

I have been using Koalendar for several years now to support my coaching practice, instructor office hours, and consulting. I choose it for its flexibility; and over time service has had a steady stream of new features and keeps getting better and better. I originally struggled with email notifications due to the aggressive mail servers at the university; now I love the reliability of calendar notifications. The biggest surprise has been that the clean and modern UI makes a great first impression on invitees; I like that it makes me look good. A bonus feature is that it keeps a record of my coaching log for me so that I can easily prep for audits. My wish is that the calendar invites were sent from my calendar so that I can see if an invitee declines on their calendar rather than canceling through the scheduler. I also wish that I could camouflage my personal email so that students don't try to message me there. But, besides these minor gripes I am very happy.

It's a very good booking platform! I'm sorry it doesn't have a few features. For example, it doesn't automatically place buffers between events in your calendar, so you have to add them manually. But apart from that, it's a very good platform.
