Great customer service today
Great customer service today! I had to ask for a delivery address change for my order that was just about to ship. The assigned customer service Knixpert, Catherine, jumped right in to ensure the right manual updates occurred. (Beyond that she offered to help resolve any settings issues I might have had if this was a system issue, which it didn’t happen to be this time.). Great responsiveness, and on a weekend no less. A Company that Stands By It’s Word!
I made my 1st order and the bra didn't fit.When I checked they told me to share it with someone deserving AND they gave me an In Store Credit. Because I was out of the country for the winter they told me I could order in the Spring. Fabulous customer service experience
I had posted a poor review due to a quality issue with a Knix product, and someone from their customer service team reached out to me right away to follow up and to offer to make things right. They wanted to understand the problems and how I ran into them and then provided a product replacement value. A brand that actually stand behind their product and makes things right when hiccups arise is so rare and so appreciated in todays economy.
