I did not love the product. They were quick to refund but no follow up when I requested a suggestion on a different style.

I bought a non-underwired bra, which is not what I usually wear, but the ads convinced me I’d have a good experience. Unfortunately it did not work out for me as it didn’t give me the shape and support I wanted - the sizing felt off. That said, the product was comfortable and well made and communication was good

Misleading fit claims and inconsistent return policies

I purchased several bras from Underoutfit because the company advertises that their products are designed for “hard-to-fit sizes,” including smaller band sizes with fuller cups. As someone who falls into that category, I ordered in good faith and fully expected them to work.

Unfortunately, the fit was completely wrong.

The bands run large, the cups run small, and the strap placement is extremely narrow on the bra itself. When worn, the straps splay outward across the shoulders, creating an uncomfortable and unstable fit. These are the exact issues that people with smaller band sizes typically encounter with mainstream brands.

After purchasing, I discovered that their sizing does not go below a 32 band, which makes their claims about accommodating smaller band sizes misleading.

Customer service has been inconsistent. I was initially told the items were final sale and could not be returned. I was later told some items were eligible for return, but not the ones that represent the majority of the cost.

To add to the confusion, the packaging states “Exchanges & Returns are Always Free,” and I also received communication referencing a 180-day guarantee. These statements directly conflict with the refusal to accept returns on certain items.

Overall, I purchased based on the company’s claims about fit, but the product did not match those claims, and the return process has been difficult and inconsistent.

Great quality and product

I absolutely love Underoutfit bras—they are now the only bras I wear! The comfort is unmatched, and they fit so well that I honestly forget I even have one on. It’s rare to find something that feels this good and still provides great support.

I’ve been so impressed that I’ve even purchased them for my sister and niece because I just had to share how amazing they are. Everyone who tries them loves them!

If you’re looking for bras that are incredibly comfortable, well-made, and truly worth it, I can’t recommend Underoutfit enough!

Very comfortable.

The cup size is too small. Just because the circumference is larger you don't account for cup size. It is uncomfortable and does not fit. I won't be buying your products again.

The panties I ordered are now coming unsown. Very disappointed

This company exceeded my expectations on every level. Excellent product quality. Easy to use website and ordering process. Prompt and personal customer service at every interaction. It was an ad that came into my Instagram feed. Expecting to click through then quickly back out, I found myself immediately purchasing 2 sports bras. Ended up ordering the wrong size (my fault) and was able to order 2 more in my size and had them within days, with a coupon for my next purchase. Just above and beyond these days. I have since bought one in every color and will be a loyal customer for as long as they'll have me!

Things I don't like about my experience with Underoutfit: (1) you can NEVER speak to a human, (2) their fit charts aren't useful, (3) the bras did not fit well at all, (4) they keep your credit card and personal information on a third party payment site. Did I say you can never speak to a person? They will chat you to death, but who wants to put personal information in a chat? What a waste of time and money. I'm so fed up with them, I donated the items. Shopping shouldn't be hard and make you frustrated.

Just received my second set of shape wear cami/tanks. I have a connective tissue disorder and I can pop 5 ribs out with a sneeze 😣 I’m also a commercial cleaner, these have the perfect compression to help prevent the ribs from shifting while I work. They stay put, no bunching and are comfortable. What stood out for me, sewing in the built in bra! I can’t stand those removable liners.

I received my order today and I just wanted to send an email to say thank you to your entire team. I was blown away at the speed of service and how quickly I received my order. Beyond that, I appreciate the thought put into the email marketing sent out after placing an order. It was really helpful to read about the return policy ahead of time. To be completely honest, I was fully prepared to have to send at least one of the bras back.

I’ve gone through some changes in my body over the past few years. I’ve had two children (so I was already not feeling my best in the bra department!) and in late 2024, I had to have two surgeries to remove my appendix and a tumor, all of which caused hormonal changes. I have had a really hard time finding bras that both fit and are comfortable. At this point, I can honestly say that I have tried more brands than I can count, and I revert back to a few tired sports bras that do no favors for my chest, which looks like it’s trying to run for the southern border at this point! So when I saw your ad on Facebook I was skeptical, but I knew anything created by or endorsed by nurses had to be trustworthy (I’m from a family of nurses!).

When I tried them on tonight, I was blown away. Every single bra fits perfectly. Not only is the fit perfect, but each bra is extremely comfortable and very flattering. Even the strapless bra is comfortable and looks great under a T-shirt, which is a nearly impossible feat! I was nearly brought to tears at how relieved I felt. It truly is the little things like comfort and confidence that make the biggest difference, and I am so incredibly thankful to have found your brand. I hope that you feel proud of the work that you do and the products that you have created. I look forward to being a customer for many, many years. Thank you so much!

Love these bras however they are expensive. Buy them when they have good sales and they do. I also find the support of them does not last very long even though I hand wash and air dry them. Maybe they are good 6-8 months tops.

I found a bra which is colorful, holds things in place, and affordable!

I am a naturallyl big busted woman but a size 10 and I have struggled my entire life to find comfortable bras that fit and don't look like some white thing my mother would have worn. These are great. Comfortable, no headlights in T-shirts, no sliding off my shoulders, affordable. Did I mention they are comfortable?? I bought my 5th one today.

If I could rate this 100 stars I would! The best shapewear product. The most wonderful customer sevice. And I’m sporting the best figure in these camis ever! Forget HoneyLove. Forget SPANX. It’s UnderOutfit all the way!!
