I had a discount code which I forgot to apply when placing my order. I emailed and got an immediate reply from Alex who was able to amend the bill to reflect the discount. The service was very prompt and was resolved the same day! Great service Alex!

This isn't my first time ordering from Knix, I am a big fan of their products, but it is my first time dealing with their customer service.
I have only heard good things about their customer service from my mother-in-law who has had nothing but amazing things to say. But it's always different when it's your own experience and mine was to fix my own mistake not to exchange.
I had accidentally put in my mother's address instead of my own. While not the end of the world, if I had to the option to fix it, I wanted to. Therefore, I appreciated that on my confirmation email there was the question "Need to make changes?" with contact info.
I emailed and received the standard boilerplate email saying I would hear back in the order of first come, first serve, which is completely understandable. I expected to hear back in the next day or two. I honestly didn't think they'd be able to change the address at all.
Half an hour later (!!!) I heard back from Allissa who kindly informed me the change had been made and warned me that since the change is manual the address might not appear updated on my confirmation emails. I really appreciated that forethought and attention to detail in letting me know that, because I would have been confused.
Not only that, but she also gave me a 10% discount code for a future order (which I will be using) for a mistake I MADE. If that isn't AMAZING customer service, then I don't know what is.

Misleading Size Chart and Hidden Final Sale Policy - out of pocket for items that DON'T FIT!
I ordered three bras from Knix after hearing they were comfortable and good for upper back pain. Before purchasing, I carefully measured myself and strictly followed the official Knix website size chart.When the items arrived, they were completely unwearable and way too small. The Knix sizing chart is deeply inaccurate, which is a massive issue when combined with their hidden "final sale" restrictions on discounted items. The final sale fine print was incredibly obscured during the mobile checkout process, leaving me stuck with three items that do not fit due to their own faulty sizing tool.It feels like a trap for consumers: provide an incorrect size calculator, hide the return restrictions in tiny print, and then refuse to support the customer. Knix gets your money, and you are left with zero recourse. If a company cannot provide a reliable sizing chart, they must honor returns or exchanges. Once again a Bra that is always smaller than described. I am so tired of false sales size charts. I measured, talked with AI and they recommended a size. I told them I am a 34. The item says 34 but the item measures at 29 inches. You would think that a bra company would understand the how hard it is to wear a a bra on a daily basis I will not send it back. Return Portal Meh — Customer Service Great!
Though I found the order return portal process a bit tough (ie once my browser closed none of the specific information I was expecting was emailed to me, instead I just received a generic email and had no way to get my detailed return information anymore), once I dealt with people in store and online, I had wonderful service and am very happy with the support I received. Wrong order made RIGHT
My friend gave me a promo code to try these underwear. I ordered 2 pair, max absorbency, but were sent a light and medium absorbency instead. My cycle had already started, so they weren't going to be used. I used the chat and got SOFIA, and she understood my frustration and assisted me with my order. Well I’m not one to write reviews but I have to based on the customer service, specifically from Liyya, an agent I had the pleasure of helping me. I typically go in store to purchase, have for years. But I had ordered something online and had to return for another size. They did so with no issue, but I had another unforeseen issue with the item.
