The guide was extremely informative about the places we were going. She also explained the days activities, kept us on schedule and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Well organized. Excellent tour guide-very knowledgeable. Beautiful hotels. Everything was well planned and simply a magical trip.

The tour was great all around. It was so very well planned and exactly what I expected. The tour guides were fantastic as was the bus diver. So very informative. I learned so much. The accommodations and food was amazing. The workshops were the best!!! Now I I so much new knitting to do and new ideas on other projects and studio. I will definitely travel again with you! Thank you so much!!

I enjoyed my experience with Knitting Tours very much. The hotel accommodations were comfortable and very enjoyable. The menus and meal planning were excellent. The tour guide we had was knowledgeable, funny, patient and a delight! This was my first experience on a travel tour and I very much enjoyed it. It created a high standard for other tours I may take.

Very well organized, fun events with a good amount of variety. We saw things I wouldn’t have thought to include that were interesting and informative.

My trip to the Aran Islands with Knitting tours was excellent. The quality of the places we stayed and the independent guides they used were top notch. Our personal tour guide and driver could not have been any better. Highly recommend!

All around organized and FUN!

We had a wonderful, seamless trip to Ireland. The transportation and pick ups were punctual. The hotels were all lovely. Ireland was gorgeous and knitting with Carol was fun and very helpful. I leaned a lot and relaxed a ton. I would definitely do another knitting retreat!

The company worked hard to make the trip what our group wanted. They planned an amazing trip!

Great activities, wonderful accommodations, good food.

I scheduled to take the Apr 2025 knitting tour of Ireland a few months ago, but now - more than 6 months out - have to cancel.... and have been told they cannot return my 1000-plus Euro deposit!!!!!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!

All the planned visits were fantastic and the timing was good. WE were busy all the time. It was nice to have some time to ourselves though and we all enjoyed the free time to head out and shop with our new friends.

Well-designed tour with great hotels and great knitting instructors. Included meals were very good as was transportation between venues. Pace of the tour was comfortable.

Very well planned knitting tour to Shetland and Scotland offering variety of shopping experiences (unique yarn shops), cultural ( local museums and historic locations), and great knitting classes (Fair Isle, lace knitting, and using knitting belt, a traditional technique), even meeting Shetland ponies! Food was excellent and very plentiful. Excellent guide offered many bits of information as we travelled and worked very hard to make sure our trip was enjoyable and stress free. Bus driver very personable and was extremely expert negotiating narrow roads with our comfortable coach. The pace was brisk but we did see everything we were supposed to see. I would have liked to have had a meet-and-greet with fellow travelers when tour began as we hit the ground running!

This tour exceeded all my expectations. Amazing guide, great activities, and awesome food. Would give it all the stars in the universe!

The staff at KnittingTours.com are incredibly and professionally responsive, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up with regard to tour arrangements. The tours themselves are amazing, providing high-level comfort in accommodations, food, and travel (via luxury coach). This was my 4th trip with KnittingTours.com. Workshops, mini-tours, and excursions during the tours provide a balance of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and historical/cultural experiences. A highly knowledgeable guide accompanies each tour, providing historical and cultural context to the experience, as well as skillfully managing logistics for the group. I highly recomend their tours and look forward to more myself!

The tour was conducted extremely professionally, creatively and smoothly. The designers at the workshops were very knowledgeable and instructive. I had a terrific experience.

Great organized trip with great tour leader and driver.

Excellent knitting workshops. Beautiful scenery. Great guide, Kirstie.

I would recommend knittingtours.com with no reservations! My recent trip on the Shetland tour was excellent. Very well organized with each days schedule made clear the evening before and photographed. The hotel in Shetland was clean but dated. But not many places on the island can accommodate a large group. The food was excellent including local meat and produce. The classes were excellent and I learned things that will change my knitting going forward for the better. I couldn't have asked for a better, smoother experience. Memories for a lifetime! Our guide Kirsty was a delight. Knitter and history teacher!
