I would avoid Knight Richardson if you can. They are slow, uncommunicative and rude. Never having the time to explain to a first time buyer what is happening. Exclusively relied on me to call for updates. Withheld important information for weeks for no apparent reason.
Including them making a mistake which put our completion date back.
If I could be bothered my review could take me hours to write the amount of grief and annoyance they not only did nothing to help with but actively caused.

Charlotte, Megan and the rest of the team were superb for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of the new one. They kept us up to date with significant events and all deadlines were achieved. The online portal made the uploading of information very user friendly.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Afra Khan was absolutely amazing. We had a very difficult buyer and she dealt with them professionally and skillfully to complete our transaction successfully. Kirsti was great and made the sale of our property nice and smooth. What was reassuring was that whenever I called Knight Richardson I was able to speak to someone and even if Kirsti could not speak at that time, she always got back to me in a timely manner - this has not always been the case with previous solicitors.
