Overall really pleased and happy with the service from Safwaan. Very polite and helpful wherever he could be. 4 stars because communication could have been slightly better and faster, I did have to chase a few times but that is expected. Good agents are busy, bad ones are not! I would recommend Safwaan and wouldn't be put off by other bad reviews. Very reasonably priced too for the service you receive, thanks again Safwaan you've been great. My offer was accepted 19th July and I had got my keys on the 12th November, first time buyer and no chain either end.
