Great customer service and great return policy. Only have been to Langley location but everyone was super helpful especially the gas man and the cashier ladies. After I had paid for my items I accidentally left a couple of them at the counter. One of the cashier ladies ran outside and made sure I received my items.

I am beyond impressed with KMS's approach to customer service and care. When businesses are increasingly moving towards automated responses, KMS instead emphasizes person-to-person relationships.

There are very few companies that I feel any affinity for, let alone loyalty, but KMS has really earned a devoted customer. I will unreservedly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

ordered a milwaukee chain saw via a online quote.They had one only in stock on display, the sales rep took it off and sourced the box,etc.while I waited I needed some staples also.A new ( 2nd day) employee hunted down my request. I also get my CARPARTS delivered to this store and they always advise me when they arrive.

(AKA Dan McCooey) - I placed an online order (#000467997) with KMS using a gift card; within that order I ordered 2 Edelbrock fender protectors, which were on sale at that time. Shortly after placing that order I received an email stating that I had overpaid and had a credit of $18.62 and to mention that in the notes section on my next online order. My order came in in two shipments, which I picked up in store. I still had received only one fender protector and it took me a while to realize that the missing one had vanished from my original order. So, at this point I saw that I was owed money from my original order ($39.41). I reordered the fender protector - now at full price! and put a note in the notes field explaining that I have a total $58.03 which I am owed. To place the order though, I had to enter my credit card information. Hopefully, someone at KMS will understand what is going on as I received an email saying that my order had been received but without any details about the order itself. I'm not very happy that somewhere along the way someone at KMS missed the fact that two pieces had been ordered, not one.

You had the product I needed and at a good price.

KMS has been VERY good pricewise - often the best price in canada for me and I live deep in the boonies (eg Closest McDonalds is 738km away, Canadian tire 571kms away) , and good vendors that care about their remote customers' experience are actually quite rare, I deeply appreciate that. KMS is quickly becoming a goto tool provider for me and my little guitar shop!!! Orders have been dealt with quickly and effectively and all purchases ending in 100% satisfaction. Customer service was all over any issues I had right away and were very nice and helpful.

The cashiers are always helpful and pleasant. On floor staff frequently offer to help while I am browsing different products.My online customer pick up experience has also been good, one instance my order was missing an item and the staff collaborated and found a replacement in their stock.

Always ready to help and super friendly staff makes going there a pleasant expropriation. If they don't have it at that location, they'll get it in in a timely manner.

I bought 2 impacts they only had 1 in stock had to pay for both on dec 20 they transfer the 1 from another store finally came in on jan 9 don't know why it takes so long but it did then i went in to store the same day they called to pick it up and it took over half a hr to fine it was not happy thinks should have went a lot better as when I went in there was only 2 or 3 people in the store that's why only 2 stars

KMS Tools do NOT stand by their products. We bought an item here that had a rebate on it, brought it home, immediately noticed it already had scratches on it but ignored it and just tried to claim the rebate, and it showed it was already claimed, so clearly this item was used before, so we brought it back 2 days later to these guys and they immediately refused a return or exchange. They ACCUSED us of using the product and claiming the rebate ourselves. We were so shocked that this is how they treat their customers, zero trust, and immediately assuming we were the ones being shady. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with such a shady return policy paired with horrendous customer service. We will NEVER shop here again nor recommend it to anyone. BE WARNED! You're basically SOL if you buy anything from them. If it's broken or used, it automatically becomes YOUR fault and you're on your own. Check their other bad reviews, their return policy is the absolute worst! We're lucky our item was not as expensive as their other victims.

I spent some time in the Kelowna store looking for a specific mechanics seat…somehow I had missed seeing the item or the price tag but I was happy when I bumped into a young man attendant who was able to help me find exactly what I wanted to to buy for my son for Christmas. We had a good chat about auto repair fun…he told me to tell my son he should try motor bike repairs sometime…we wished each other a Merry Christmas and we went on we our business for the day, myself…happy that I had one less gift to find. I've been shopping at KMS for more than 15 years. The Staff are friendly and try very hard to be helpful. Sometimes, they may seem a little out of their depth technically. I certainly don't hold that against them as I've been buying and using tools for over 50 years - the best part- they are always accommodating and do their best to assist.
