KMS Tools & Equipment - Coquitlam Arvostelua

I was looking for a washer, and two gentlemen helped me very handsomely, took me right to where my item was, it was great. I wish that I remembered or noted their names. I LOVE KMS TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT COQUITLAM!! I really needed that little washer and they had it and now my CO2 regulator in my kegerator works and I can drink my homebrew. Thank you KMS.

All of the staff in the front are great. Always helpful and friendly. I’m in the store frequently for body work supplies and tools. I’ve only ever had a bad experience while getting my argon tank filled. The employee in the back was not friendly at all and acted like he didn’t want me to be there. Just a bad attitude over all. I won’t be back to get my tank filled there but I’ll continue to buy tools and equipment since the staff up front are great.

The store seems to always have what I want. I could spend a couple of hours there just looking as adding things to my wish list. It is a large store and it helps that there are lot of friendly staff to help find things when needed. I enjoy coming there. A coffee bar where old guys could sit for a few and look at the Catalouge would be good…lol.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting KMS Tools and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s rare to encounter such a consistently positive and welcoming atmosphere, which is complemented by their truly competitive pricing.

The team went above and beyond to assist me. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. This level of service made my visit an absolute pleasure and turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a truly memorable experience.

This outstanding team has earned my full trust and future business. For anyone looking for a store with top-notch service, great value, and a staff that truly cares, I highly recommend KMS Tools. They are, without a doubt, a company that delivers on its promises.

Recently had a 5* experience with the staff at KMS Tools & Equipment in Coquitlam (we're from AB). From the moment we walked in the staff greeted us warmly, offered to assist, and were eager to help. Having just come from a competing big box store moments earlier where we did not have the same experience, KMS's top notch customer service and friendliness by every staff member we interacted with was very noticeable and much appreciated! I've never written a public review before, but felt compelled to share our experience. We highly recommend your store. Well done.

The girls in the welding department are doing a fantastic job, show them some appreciation guys!!!

Awesome store

This is the only tools store when you ask someone from the staff they know what they are talking about and the quality of they tools are great and very friendly customer service I have been going here for a long time and very happy with them 100 percent i recommend them

The cashiers are always helpful and pleasant. On floor staff frequently offer to help while I am browsing different products. My online customer pick up experience has also been good, one instance my order was missing an item and the staff collaborated and found a replacement in their stock.

Always ready to help and super friendly staff makes going there a pleasant expropriation. If they don't have it at that location, they'll get it in in a timely manner.

Everyone was so helpful. Love the variety and choices and more choices and variable pricing that meets the needs of different customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

KMS Tools do NOT stand by their products. We bought an item here that had a rebate on it, brought it home, immediately noticed it already had scratches on it but ignored it and just tried to claim the rebate, and it showed it was already claimed, so clearly this item was used before, so we brought it back 2 days later to these guys and they immediately refused a return or exchange. They ACCUSED us of using the product and claiming the rebate ourselves. We were so shocked that this is how they treat their customers, zero trust, and immediately assuming we were the ones being shady. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with such a shady return policy paired with horrendous customer service. We will NEVER shop here again nor recommend it to anyone. BE WARNED! You're basically SOL if you buy anything from them. If it's broken or used, it automatically becomes YOUR fault and you're on your own. Check their other bad reviews, their return policy is the absolute worst! We're lucky our item was not as expensive as their other victims.

Great in-person customer service, in-stock product selection, and value pricing.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. That combined with great products keeps me coming back. I will go out of my way to buy from KMS Tools if there is something I need.

I just want to give a shout out to Joey and Bret, at the coquillam auto parts diviison, for going the extra mile on a disk brake convertion kit. I purchased this kit 7 years ago, and only recently went to install it. I found that several parts were missing. The guys went out of their way and managed to replace the bits at a very resonable cost.
thanks again
