I was helped very well

I was helped very well! There was something missing from the address, but customer service resolved it nicely so I still received my gift on time.

I haven’t received it yet

I haven’t received it yet. I flew business class to Amsterdam in April and was in the restroom when they gave out the houses. I am so disappointed when I look at my husband’s house.

Hi Donna,

As you live in the USA your order will not be there in a couple of days.
We have shipped your order on the 22th of May and according to the estimate it will be there the 29th.
You have received two e-mails with shipping information.
1. From us that your package is shipped with the Fedex tracking number
2. From Fedex with an estimate when your. package will arrive and a tracking code.
According to those e-mails your package will be with you around the 29th of May.
If you did not receive them please check your spam, or contact info@klm-huisjes.nl and we will send you all information.

Hope you can give us some more stars when you receive the package we shipped with care.

I was pleased at the ability for KLM houses to be sent to Canada. The houses I ordered came in perfect condition and I have added them to my collection and set aside for a birthday gift.

Still waiting

Ordered at 21.04 Still haven't received the houses today 7.05 Tracking number is not valid. Hoping they might still arrive.
