Our umrah trip on April
2025 was Alhamdulillah good, Malik has helped us so much and was very helpful, communication was very good and everything was in place how it should be no problem at all.

Thanks to Muqadas for help with arranging Umrah

Mohammad sharia was very helpful throughout the whole booking and journey process. He stayed in contact when required and was always able to assist us. Very polite and found us cheap rates hotels and transport. Would reccomend him.

Muhammad Sheryar planned the whole trip. He was an amazing help. He took care of everything and made me stress free. From flights to hotels to transport and ziarat he thought of everything and gave us the cheapest option but still good quality. He kept checking in on us and making sure nothing was wrong. As it was our first time going I was really worried and confused but he kept explaining slowly and clearly to me all the time and answering my questions patiently. He has been a great help and I would 100% recommend using kiswa tours and definitely ask for him to get a package.

I have contacted kiswa regarding Umrah.
A lovely lady her name Muqddas helped and answered my questions. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate her honesty and understanding my situation. Thanks a lot

Travel consultant Muqadas give me a great package I really appreciate it.

Dealt our travel plans with Usama at Kiwa Tours who understood what was required and provided a really prompt response on the package to Saudi and onwards to Pakistan. So a complex itinerary.

Helped all the way through , always available and overall professionally handled. Very satisfied.

Used the company for the first time and all I can say brilliant service from start to finish thanks to Muhammad Sheryar. Definitely will use again, stayed in touch from start to finish. And ensured everything went well. 👍

BR Muqaddas was very helpful in looking into my requirements. He was prompt in his replies and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great communication & service from Muqaddas

Atif has been an outstanding travel agent and a tremendous help in finding the perfect Umrah package for me. His patience, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the available options were remarkable. He took the time to understand my specific needs, from preferred travel dates to budget considerations, and offered tailored recommendations that exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was his promptness in communication and willingness to go the extra mile, even addressing last-minute questions with ease and clarity. Atif’s attention to detail and genuine care made the process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning their travels!

Muqaddas - The agent who handled and made all the necessary arrangements for my family's Umrah Trip was absolutely brilliant. Muqaddas was my sole contact point who coordinated between us and the Visa department, the hotels and the drivers throughout the entire trip. Once all arranged Muqaddas kept in touch whilst we were in Madinah and also in Makkah. Finally arrived back to the UK Muqaddas got in touch and wanted to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was OK.
Muqaddas has an excellent attitude and is extremely friendly and polite.

Kiswah Tours has been a great company to book my very first umrah trip, i was a bit worried but my agent Muhammad Sheryar listened to all the needs I wanted and even when there was any issues he was available whilst I was in Saudi, they sorted out everything from flights, visa, hotels and transportation in Saudi and also if needed they could also book Ziyarat, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family next

We had an excellent experience working with Muhammad Sheryar. From the very beginning, he listened carefully to my preferences and provided personalised recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. The entire booking process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way. They even helped with adjustments and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Thanks to their expertise, Alhamdulillah my umrah was stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend their services to anyone!

Thank you sister Muqaddas Naz for arranging an unforgettable umrah for me and my family. You and everyone at Kiswa tours provided an amazing service. Thank you. In Sha Allah will look to book our next Umrah with you also. Great service.

Thank you Muqaddas for arranging our umrah. You went above and beyond our expectations. The service you provided was amazing. Performing umrah with every member of my family is something I will never forget. Thank you and may Allah SWT bless you.

Had an amazing experience performing umrah, with my husband, kids and grandchildren. Thank you to Muqaddas Naz for arranging this for us. Anyone looking for a trusted person and company to arrange their umrah for them, then please contact Muqaddas and Kiswa tours.

Thank you Muqqdas Naz for arranging our umrah visit. Such a beautiful and peaceful experience. Would highly recommend Kiswa tours and Muqqdas for anyone wanting to perform umrah.

Me and my family had an amazing experience when we went for Umrah. All praise to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for allowing us to come to the blessed land of Makkah and Medina. I also want to say a big thank you, to sister Muqaddas for her support for arranging everything. Soon as we spoke to Muqaddas she was clear and honest. She set out clear timelines and we were able to contact her at anytime. Even sometimes outside office hours. I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Kiswah Tours to arrange our Umrah. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia, Muqaddas was checking up on how everything was going, making sure we was okay soon as we landed in Saudi Arabia. It was really nice of her to text us soon as we completed our umrah. The transport company arranged by Muqaddas was excellent. We were able to contact the company and get immediate response if we need to change anything. I would highly recommend Muqaddas and Kiswah tours if you are looking to perform umrah. We will definitely be using them again in 2026 In Sha Allah. Thank you Muqaddas.
