We came to Hajj with Al Quddos Travels and Tours, and honestly, it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. People who recommended this group to us must be blind or something, what we experienced was beyond disappointing.

First of all, Alhamdulillah, we thank Allah for allowing us to perform Hajj. We remained patient throughout the journey and were grateful for whatever Allah provided us. We understand that Hajj is not a luxury trip. It is a difficult journey, and we came prepared for the hardships of Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat. We accepted those challenges as part of Hajj and put our trust in Allah.

However, the problems caused by poor management cannot simply be blamed on “Allah ki marzi.” Those were management failures.

We paid for a package that included accommodation, food, transportation, and guidance. Yet the hotel rooms were so small that there was barely space to stand, let alone live comfortably. The food was provided three times a day, but most days we could not find even one good meal to eat. Every meal seemed to be overloaded with salt, and many elderly people in the group struggled because of it, I myself had the worst stomach ache during the entire trip because of this disgusting food.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of professionalism. The management team had no time management, no organization, and no proper way of speaking to people. For a company that claims to have been doing this for many years, they often looked completely lost. A leader should be professional, organized, and responsible, but unfortunately, we did not see those qualities anywhere in the team.

During Arafat, the management team themselves did not know where our camp was located. Women were directed to the wrong camp and then expected to give up their seats for another group. While we were trying to adjust to this confusion, Mr. Leader came and said, “Whoever did this, may Allah give them jaza and saza.”

Excuse me, but who deserves accountability here? The management was responsible for organizing the camps. It was the duty of the leaders to ensure the comfort and arrangements of their group members. Instead of taking responsibility, blame was shifted elsewhere.

The same lack of management continued in Mina. Many times, it felt as though we were left to figure everything out ourselves. It makes you wonder: if we have to manage our own accommodation, food, transportation, and arrangements, then why did we pay for a guided group package? We could have come on our own.

Throughout Hajj, we remained silent. We exercised sabr and avoided complaining because we wanted to focus on our worship. Alhamdulillah, Hajj passed successfully, and we are grateful to Allah for that.

Unfortunately, things became even worse when we arrived in Madinah. We were placed in one of the smallest hotels imaginable. There was barely space to breathe, let alone relax after the physically demanding days of Hajj. The food remained poor, repetitive, and excessively salty. Every day we would go to eat hoping that maybe this time there would be something decent available, but unfortunately that rarely happened.

What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing Mr. Leader take a select few people out and treat them to Karahi while the rest of the group continued struggling with the poor food being served every day. What about everyone else? Didn’t all of us pay for the same package? Were the rest of the pilgrims less important?

A leader’s responsibility is to care for the entire group, not just a chosen few. Many elderly people in the group could not even eat the salty food being served and were dealing with everyday stomach ache and other problems. Who is answerable to them? Who takes responsibility for their discomfort?

Whenever concerns were raised, we were told that it was not management’s fault. If it is not the management’s fault, then whose fault is it? This is your team, your package, and your responsibility. After operating Hajj groups for so many years, these issues should not still be happening.

Thank you very much for the hospitality. We completed our Hajj by the mercy of Allah, not because of the quality of management provided. Based on our experience, we would never recommend this group to anyone, and we sincerely hope future pilgrims think carefully before booking with them.

Steer Away from this Scam Company, After I booked with them and payed half of the umra package price since August, they have called me now stating the price has gone up and want to add £160 per passenger! When I claimed I cannot afford they gave me a refund and duducted £200 per passenger claiming, my fault and I have to pay them expenses for their time!!

Our package was bespoke for our family and everything was arranged very professionally. What they promised is exactly what they delivered. The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were very good, the flights were well organised, and the transport was comfortable and reliable.

Travelling for Umrah with family can sometimes be stressful, but Al Quddus Travels made everything smooth and easy for us, even during uncertain times. We were very happy with the service they provided and it allowed us to focus on our Umrah without worrying about arrangements.

The experience with Al Quddus Travels and Tour Ltd has been incredibly stressful for our family. We were assured of a comprehensive Umrah package that included hotel accommodations, flights, and transportation, for which we paid £5,000 upfront before any arrangements were made. However, when it came time for confirmation, we were informed that the quoted price was contingent upon having two children under the age of two, necessitating an additional payment of £650 to proceed. Despite our protests that we had not been made aware of this stipulation and having submitted our passports over a week earlier, we reluctantly agreed to pay half of the extra fee. After two days without communication, we reached out again, only to learn that the price had changed and they could no longer honor our booking. Fortunately, we ultimately received a full refund, but we would not recommend their services to anyone.

I just want to express how pleased I am with the service provided with this travel agency.

For starters, they did the Visa applications for two destination as we opted to do Umrah before going back to our motherland.

They sent us the details by email of the whole journey, from the day we exited our house, all the way to the day we re-entered our home back here.

Furthermore, the choice of hotels booked was sufficient with our needs (e.g. Needs to be close to X site).

The agency they choose to pick us and drive from place to place in Saudi Arabia was also sufficient for the amount of passengers and luggage lugged around.

Furthermore, even after Umrah, they kept us updated if our flight was delayed or advanced, which allowed us to travel to the airport in a timely manner.

I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience with Al Quddus Travel, as I believe it could be valuable for others contemplating their services.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I felt misled regarding the services I received. After making my payment, I noticed a significant decline in service quality. The travel package I purchased was not delivered as described, resulting in a particularly disappointing visit to Medina. To add to my frustrations, my hotel reservation was not processed as agreed upon in my package, and I was pressured to pay extra fees for a closer hotel, or else risk being placed in a location far from the Haram.

Furthermore, after making my payment, the company failed to accommodate check-in baggage, which had been previously included in my package. Additionally, there was a mistake with my wife's name on her flight ticket, causing unnecessary complications.

Throughout the process, I experienced frequent requests for money transfers, which only compounded my dissatisfaction.

I urge potential customers to exercise caution and verify all details thoroughly before booking, as I found the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction lacking. My interactions with their agents, Rimsha and Mansour, were particularly disappointing, as I felt dismissed rather than supported when I raised my concerns.

Moreover, I faced issues with their drivers, who often made me wait for extended periods and demonstrated little regard for customer service. The hotel in Medina, for which I paid extra, was not up to standard—being only a one-star establishment with unsafe electrical sockets that posed risks to my children.

It is evident to me that the company prioritizes its own interests over those of its customers. Their response to my feedback was disappointing, as they did not accept responsibility or offer an apology.

In conclusion, I sincerely urge future travelers to be cautious when considering Al Quddus Travel for their needs. Thank you for taking the time to consider .

I would like to share my recent experience with Al Quddus Travel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, and I felt misled regarding the services I received. After payment, the quality of service declined significantly, and my package was not delivered as described. My visit to Medina was particularly disappointing. I advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly verify all details before booking as this firm cannot be trusted in anyway possible. The agents especially Aresha Younas doesn't know what she is doing and has an extremely bad attitude towards her customers when challenged.

This company seems to care about theirselves but not their customers well-being. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing, they asked me to remove or update my review. I complied with their request and updated it.

Furthermore, do not trust their drivers — they make you wait for hours and show no real interest in helping. This company is utterly unprofessional, supporting dishonest drivers without considering the facts.

I was dropped off at Medina Airport with my young son, who was unwell at the time, so our attention was focused on him. The driver unloaded our luggage and drove away. We immediately realized that one of our bags was missing, so we contacted the driver right away — he was still nearby. He confirmed that he would pull over, check, and return the bag, saying it was his duty to do so.

However, once he found the bag, his attitude completely changed — he demanded payment to bring it back to us. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure all passengers’ belongings are removed before leaving, and other drivers at the scene agreed. Despite this, Aresha Younas sided with the driver and refused to acknowledge our complaint.

This company clearly protects dishonest drivers instead of standing by their customers. Truly a crooked firm supporting crooked practices.

Furthermore, Mr. Zabair, the Operations Manager, took over my file once the complaint was submitted. Mr. Zabair acknowledged that the issues raised should not have occurred. He originally informed me that the compensation will be deducted from Aresha Younas salary which i thought at the beginning wasn't fair. He informed me that he would provide his WhatsApp details so I could forward all the evidence; however, to this day, I have not received them. When questioned, he stated that Aresha Younas had admitted full responsibility and accepted that she had not provided satisfactory service. This is the reason why he didn't provide them.

Mr Zabair tune now has changed when I requested i want to forward my evidence that is now not considered. Aresha Younas evidence has been considered only but not mine. This what you call justice. May Allah SWT give these people the right path.

A decision was then made to offer £50 compensation per passenger, totalling £250 for five passengers. However, this compensation was to be issued as vouchers (credit notes). We immediately declined this offer, as we do not intend to use their services again. Our request for cash compensation was denied, which we believe is another way for the company to profit from our inconvenience.

We also requested to speak directly with the company’s Director, Mr. Rafique Muhammed, who is also the owner. This request was refused, as we were informed that company policy prohibits members of the public from speaking with him. It is extremely disappointing that the owner is unwilling to engage with customers but is more than willing to take their money. This shows that what the leader is and the team is working under.

Based on this experience, I would never recommend or use their services again. If it were possible to give a rating below one star, I certainly would, as they do not deserve any rating at all. Their service is completely unfit for

At the Umrah prep and booking stage Ayesha was very helpful. Daily updates on plans. Made adjustments without any issues. Good value on price too. We haven’t actually travelled yet, so hoping everything goes to plan.
