Umrapackages Arvostelua

Brother Usama was recommend to me by a close family member. He planned our trip from the UK to Pakistan, Pakistan to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and then back to the UK. He applied for our visas, organised all transporting, hotel and airline. Really impressed by his friendly and professional approach.
Alhumdulliah it was a stress free and enjoyable trip.
I would highly recommend brother Usama to all my friends and family.

Malik from Kiswa tours made my umrah trip so smooth and easy Alhamdulilah. The communication was efficient and fast as well as any problems I had, they were sorted out as soon as possible.

I will definately be using Kiswa tours again to book my future umrah and hajj trips in sha Allah.

I hope Kiswa tours give malik a promotion and a higher raise, Jazakallah khayr my brother

We recently booked our Umrah trip with Kiswah Tours, and the experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel in Makkah was lovely, though situated on a hill which was a bit of a personal challenge for us. However, this did not detract from the hotel itself, which was clean, comfortable, and provided a great base for our stay.

Our stay at the Pullman Zam Zam hotel in Medina has been nothing short of excellent. The service, facilities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations and added to the spiritual beauty of our journey.

A heartfelt thank you to Malik for all his support and for arranging everything so seamlessly. The transfers and Ziyarah trips were incredibly well-organized. The drivers were punctual, professional, and communicative, which made everything stress-free.

Overall, our trip has been wonderful, Alhamdulillah. May Allah accept our Ibadah, Ameen. We highly recommend Kiswah Tours for anyone planning their Umrah.

From the moment I paid my deposit, I have been carried along with all necessary information...it was my first time and I also travelled alone but I was not alone .
The service was topnotch 👍 the transport from jeedah airport to the hotel
Which was not too far from the haram.
Also to my medinah hotel which was a walking distance to Rawdah.
Alihamdullai also coming back was so easy. I will be going inshallah 🙏 and definitely with your company.
I also forgot to include I had someone that guided me with my imrah.

I have a 4 star cause I believe there's always room for improvement but the service was perfect. I was attended to by Muhammad Sheryar. I just wanted to thank you for your service and making our umrah journey as stress free as possible. I appreciate the help and support. couldn't imagine how we would have gotten around without booking the transport and the ziyarat through you. Communication was also really great and the prices were with reason alhamdullilah

Malik was very helpful and advised me on every single detail regarding for package.

High recommended company

I had a very good experience with them regarding my Umrah package with family. Staff is very kind and expert. Specifically there was a lady named Muqaddas, she guided us on all the matters and gave us the best services by booking hotels, flights and taxi which were exceptionally good for us in terms of their services and value.

I got all the required information very quickly.
Muqaddas was really helpful.

I recently contacted kiswah tours through Whatsapp in order to book an umrah trip and was put into contact with Muqaddas. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and queries promptly. He explained the umrah process very clearly, gave advice when needed and amended the package multiple times in order to suit our needs. Very happy with the service

Muqaddas was really quick to response to my quarries, she gave me suitable packages looking forward to book with Kiswah Tours for my Umrah Journey InshaAllah.

Muqaddas was very helpful and polite in trying to help me find a good and suitable umrah package. Thankyou very much for all your help and wishing you the best for the future!

Muqaddas was very helpful with the information I was looking for.

I had a really good experience with Muqaddas, they were really helpful in trying to get tailored package for me and I can be really picky so they were very patient, helpful and I appreciate it.

Excellent service from muqqadas very good customer service very friendly staff will recommend anytime

Atif has been an outstanding travel agent and a tremendous help in finding the perfect Umrah package for me. His patience, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the available options were remarkable. He took the time to understand my specific needs, from preferred travel dates to budget considerations, and offered tailored recommendations that exceeded my expectations.
What stood out the most was his promptness in communication and willingness to go the extra mile, even addressing last-minute questions with ease and clarity. Atif’s attention to detail and genuine care made the process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning their travels!

Muqaddas - The agent who handled and made all the necessary arrangements for my family's Umrah Trip was absolutely brilliant. Muqaddas was my sole contact point who coordinated between us and the Visa department, the hotels and the drivers throughout the entire trip. Once all arranged Muqaddas kept in touch whilst we were in Madinah and also in Makkah. Finally arrived back to the UK Muqaddas got in touch and wanted to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was OK.
Muqaddas has an excellent attitude and is extremely friendly and polite.

At first I was so scared thinking it may be a scam as this was the first company online I went with but muqadas was so lovely.
I had an amazing experience working with muuqadas she truly is the best she was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, helping me plan a perfect trip. Every detail was taken care of, from flights to accommodations, making the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to travel! She checked on me when i reached there and was available 24/7 for me thank you muqadas

Our umrah experience was amazing. Such a life changing experience, which me and my family will treasure for the rest of our lives. All praise to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for allowing us to come to Makkah and Medina. I also want to say a big thank you to sister Muqaddas for her support for arranging everything. Soon as we spoke to her we knew we had made the right decision in choosing Kiswah Tours to arrange our Umrah. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia, sister Muqaddas was checking up on how everything was going, making sure we was okay soon as we landed in Saudi Arabia and if we arrived back to UK safely. The transport company arranged by Muqaddas from the Jeddah Airport to Makkah and then from Makkah to Medina was excellent. We were able to contact the company and get immediate response if we need to change the departure times. I don’t often write reviews, but if anyone deals with Muqaddas and Kiswah tours you will 100% not regret choosing them to arrange you umrah. Will definitely be using them again in 2026 In Sha Allah. Thank you Muqaddas.

My query was dealt by brother Malik, he was very thoughtful and informative. Gave me different package options based on my budget and requirements.

I recently had the privilege of embarking on an unforgettable Umrah journey with Kiswa Tours. From the moment we began our spiritual voyage, it was evident that every aspect of the trip had been meticulously planned and executed with utmost care and attention to detail.
