Restitution de ma Toyota en LLD.... On ne m'avait pas prévenu que de Toyota financement, on était passé à kinto.... J'ai rendu la voiture quasi neuve... Juste 2 rayures que le concessionnaire m'avait dit que ça passerait.... Facture finale 451€ ... J'ai rendu la voiture avec 12000km de moins sur mon contrat, ils auraient pu faire un effort.... Mais non .... Dernière location chez eux ... Dommage Toyota perd en crédibilité avec cet organisme de financement...

The fair wear and tear policy is a bit of a joke the worst out of all the lease company's I've used had one mark on the bumper and a couple of fine light scratches on the lacquer and have to do fork out money for it what do you expect for 3 years. The money doesn't bother me its the principal of the thing its just penny pinching so be aware if you lease a car off Kinto if its not in the same condition you received it be prepared to fork out a lot of money

Do not use Kinto they failed to take a payment out that was there then proceeded to remove my access from vehicle locking everything in car then left car in my driveway for 3 days and now are trying to charge me $458 and keep hitting my bank account trying too get the funds. I had the car for 5 days and had paid $402 already. They are unwilling to try and rectify any situation and will leave you stranded without your belongings and try and charge you. This company needs to be shut down. It's a scam

Beware . Waited a week for car to be collected at end of lease . The car was well looked after and way below mileage. They have now charged me over £700 for minor scratches etc that they can easily polish out . I have leased cars for many years and these are rip off merchants

Too many problem with the app connecting the car and when they can't fix it on time, you won't get a rebate and if they change the car because of their fault, they charge you for their fault and you can't do anything, Furthermore you won't get any refund if you return your rented car even in the first day of your rental period.
Don't recommend it at all.

If I could award a -5 I would. Hit for a charge for minor scuffs well within the limits. The only company within all the years we’ve leased to send two separate people out so you you end up waiting in all day. They have to pay for them somehow. I challenged the amount. They knocked £50 off yet are still trying to collect the full amount and are ignoring my emails. Avoid like the plague!

Just had my 2 year lease van picked up and was stung with a £600 invoice for minor scuffs and dents. All within in the fair and wear guidelines, and therefore I never got them touched up. These people are absolute crooks, I have had lease van for over 6 years and never had issues with the state of my vans. I kept my van in mint condition, ply lined the inside, but this man picked it to pieces. I wish I had looked at their TurstPilot review prior to agreeing contract. @UKcarline should be ashamed of themselves introducing this company.

Ho avviato un noleggio per ua Toyota Aygo X Limited tramite la concessionaria Percassi di Cremona (state lontani anche da questa...) alla formulazione del contratto il venditore dice che il contratto della macchina prevede un cambio gomme annuale e la riparazione in caso di danni da me provocati, non fa nessun cenno alle maledette franchigie... Al primo tagliando dopo 5 mesi non mi sembrava utile far sostituire le gomme, ma al tagliando dei 20000 chiedo all'impiegata se è possibile montare delle gomme ALL SEASON, la vedo stupita digitare sulla tastiera per poi dirmi che il mio contratto NON prevedeva il secondo treno di gomme, le garantisco che avevo con me un testimone quando il sig. Percassi ha parlato del secondo treno gomme. Prendo atto. Dopo un paio di mesi una sera ad un semaforo un ubriaco e l'auto grazie agli adas si blocca letteralmente. sento una frenata e poi il sobbalzo dell'urto. una ragazzo con un grosso scooter atterra sul lato posteriore sinistro. Dato che il ragazzo era sanguinante a causa del parabrezza gli dico di non preoccuparsi che ho la Kasko che riparerà il mio danno. Chiamo SEF CAR che mi invita a portare la macchina alla loro officina di carrozzeria, Vado e fanno un preventivo di 1350 Euro, lascio la macchina NON hanno auto di cortesia. ritiro la macchina dopo 4 giorni, al momento del ritiro la signora mi chiede 500 euro. Chiedo a che titolo la vettura è coperta da Kasko la signora molto gentile mi fa sapere che la Kasko ha una franchigia di 500 euro. In questi mesi la macchina ha subito danni sia per mia colpa che per atti vandalici o persone che nei parcheggi dei centri commerciali escono senza guardare che hanno una macchina a fianco tu torni e ti ritrovi il regalino! il mio noleggio scade a ottobre 2026 non effettuerò nessun intervento di carrozzeria fino a settembre 2026 a quel punto lo farò tutto in una volta sola pagando solamente 500 euro. P.S. All'ultimo tagliando ho chiesto che venissero sostituite le spazzole tergicristallo la signorina prende appunti. Al ritiro mi rendo subito conto che i tergicristalli non sono stati sostituiti, rientro in SEF CAR per chiedere spiegazioni e mi viene detto che nel contratto non è prevista la sostituzione. Dico solamente che BEI MORTI DI FAME sti GIAPPONESI. la signorina si discolpa dicendo dipendesse da me... Valutate altre compagnie di Noleggio ce ne sono di più corrette, e pur sapendo che è una enorme rottura prima di firmare leggete attentamente tutto il contratto.

Sedan jag flyttade in i Göteborgs Centrum (2009) har jag sålt min egen bil - och använder nu enbart Kinto. De få gånger jag behöver bil finns alltid någon ledig på platser nära mig på gångavstånd. Fina bilar!

I have been Kinto customer for a year or two but I have not used their cars for a while. There used to be cars within a 100m of my home and at a Toyota dealership that I could walk to for car pickup. I couldn't find any locations for pick up near me recently and I rang Kinto to find out why. They would not answer any questions unless I was a customer and I gave them my name, phone, address, date of birth. Such poor customer service, I have cancelled my membership but they could have kept a customer if they had been interested in answering my question. I know it's not the fault of the people on the phone, but to be a member just to have a question answered is silly in the extreme. Poor decision Kinto.

Come azienda abbiamo diversi mezzi a noleggio lungo termine, ma una superficialità e difficoltà nel poter avere un riscontro su un mezzo inutilizzabile ormai da 4 mesi è a dir poco oscena.
Ora come du google mi aspetto il solito messaggio di mandare il contatto oer un riscontro e poi il nulla.
Non capisco come possano voler un'azienda del genere prendere mercato.
Ora mi premurero scrivere una bella mail all'azienda Toyota in Giappone che sicuramente non apprezzerano questo sistema

This company are trying to charge me £141.00 for a small scuff on a black plastic bumper and on 3 plastic wheel trims. I had the vehicle for 3 years and done 24000 miles and the vehicle was mint going back. The clowns that came around from vehicle solutions to inspect the vehicle tried to tell me it had been in an accident and that it had been repaired. It looks like they don't get paid unless they can find something to charge you for. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again.

Worst experience ever!!! Issue after issue and the customer service not much help at all!! When I decided to try them out for another week but my current vehicle needed service. The vehicle I received had bad breaks so I had to return because they were trying to tell me they couldn’t do anything about it but I could return and get refund. They refunded me then waited a week later to charge me $386 for going over in miles for the the previous rental which made no sense to me!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!

Ils ont tous les droits, établissent une facture au montant qu’ils veulent et le client ne peux se retourner sans débourser un nouveau billet auprès d’un expert.
Quand on sait que les réparations facturées ne sont pas faites et que le véhicule part comme vous l’avez rendu, ça met les boules.
D’autres organismes sont bien moins violents comme chez Hyundai notamment.
Don't pay for fuel out of pocket
The rental experience was fine and it is great this particular location allowed 24/7 access too. I arrived 15 minutes early so I had to hang around for 10 minutes before the vehicle trip would work. Before returning the vehicle I went to top up but the fuel card would not work, put in the pin as per the app and km as per the vehicle and it just kept declining. Tried putting higher km's and it still won't work. Ended up calling customer support and they asked me to pay out of pocket first but will then refund me. After the trip I provided all information as requested, with occasional follow up with no respond, finally after two weeks I had to threaten them to take this matter to VCAT before I got a refund.
