Non prenderò mai più una vettura con Kinto, questa è la mia prima volta ma vi assicuro che sarà sicuramente l'ultima. E' da Giovedi' 20 Novembre che ho forato sull'autostrada Napoli Roma (premetto, sono di Roma e stavo facendo rientro a casa fortuna vuole che un collega era dietro di me e mi ha riportato a Roma....) hanno caricato la mia vettura, una Lexus NX 350, e portata in un concessionario a Caserta (Svezia auto srl Casagiove) il giorno dopo Venerdì 21 Novembre dove mi comunicano che fino a che Kinto non li autorizza alla riparazione non mi possono riconsegnare la vettura. E' da più di un'ora e mezzo che sto chiamando la Kinto e mi mettono in attesa (sono ancora il nr 9). Di sicuro, dopo aver letto le altre recensioni, capisco che non sono affidabili, mi chiedo se non sia il caso di bloccare la Ri.Ba. bancaria nel frattempo. Comunque, qualcuno risponde alle recensioni ed a questo vi comunico che mi chiamo Danilo Tomei il mio nr è 348 5478243 la mia mail è , rispondete se avete una dignità e soprattutto una coscienza verso chi spende soldi veri(€ 1390 mese) per lavorare. Forse dovreste essere citati per aver fatto perdere soldi a molte persone. Io sono qui, vi aspetto.
The absolute worst experience I have…
The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Almost resorted to calling the police due to lack of support and customer service. We hired a car to be picked up after 11pm. By 11:30pm, we were still unable to access the car as their app was not working. We called customer service and their advice was to delete the app and reinstall, to which we did. It did nothing so we called again. At this point it was almost midnight. After some attempts at trying to open the door, he simply stated we had to walk over to a different car park for a different car as the car that we hired and paid for specifically was not working. He showed no empathy or remorse for the situation we were in and did not apologise once. After he advised us that the only car available was in a different parking lot, he put us on hold without even letting us know. We walked 20 minutes at 12am in the freezing cold weather to get access to a different car. We waited until 12:30 and this person did not remove himself off hold. We had to end the phone call and call from a different number to see if he would pick up, to which he did. He then advised us that no cars were available, even at the carpark that HE TOLD US TO GO TO. At this point, I had become extremely frustrated and stated I would be reporting this to the police because their lack of service, support and general ability to help was completely absurd. He then advised a car was available and in less than 5 minutes he opened the car for us. This situation was absolutely insane and I will be reporting this to Victorian Consumer Affairs. Please save yourself the stress. I cannot emphasise this enough. This company is completely useless at providing service to their customers. I will NEVER be booking with them again and I will tell everyone I know not to either.
In Australia Kinto is useless
In Australia Kinto is useless. At first their app didn't work and was impossible to download, then when I managed to finally install it (days later) it wouldn't recognise the account that I created, despite resetting the password multiple times. Customer service was non existent and the vehicle that I had booked was not able to be collected. Avoid at all costs.
Pæne biler og god kundeservice
Jeg er flittig bruger af kinto i København. Bilerne er pæne og rene. De par gange jeg har snakket med kundeservice, har jeg mødt stor imødekommenhed. Kan varmt anbefale denne miljøvenlige mulighed.
Håber de på tidspunkt også tilbyder biler med anhængertræk, så kan jeg få min cykel med i sommerhuset :-)

Completamente intransigentes, nunca sabem dar nenhum informação, enorme rotatividade de funcionários.
Encerraram minha reclamação sem resolver.

Oprofessionellt och oansvarigt – undvik KINTO.
Jag tilldelades en bil via Kinto där bakdäcken gav utslag på instrumentpanelen direkt när jag började köra – ett tydligt tecken på att något var fel. När jag kontaktade kundtjänst fick jag veta att jag själv skulle göra en "okulär besiktning" eller åka till en verkstad för att få däcken kontrollerade och eventuellt åtgärdade – på egen tid.
Eftersom jag inte hade möjlighet till det (jag hade en planerad långresa), tvingades jag återlämna bilen, boka en ny och ligga ute med dubbla kostnader, plus förlorad tid.
Jag blev lovad ersättning, men det följdes av 12 dagar där jag bollades runt mellan ett tiotal olika kundtjänstmedarbetare. Trots att jag skickade in dokumentation flera gånger, möttes jag av slingriga svar, tystnad och förhalningar.
Det känns som att Kinto har som strategi att trötta ut sina kunder så att de till slut ger upp. De tar inget ansvar, även när bilen uppenbart är fel på – och deras kundtjänst är bland det sämsta jag varit med om.
Använd inte KINTO Share. Det är oseriöst, oproffsigt och direkt olämpligt när något går snett.

J’ai rendu ma voiture au bout de 3 ans de LDD comme stipulé dans le contrat avec 600 km en moins. Les prélèvements mensuels se sont néanmoins poursuivi et je n’ai aucune nouvelle sur une date de remboursement de ceux-ci.

Horrible expérience, plus jamais
Je viens ajouter ma catastrophique expérience à toutes les autres. Que de temps perdu et de stress. Mal conseillée, j'ai pris un contrat LLD sur 5 ans! Aucun accompagnement, aucune réponse, que des mails automatiques "votre demande a été traitée"... un site en maintenance depuis plus d'un an... au téléphone aucune réponse autre que "écrivez un mail" et par mail, pas mieux... des frais de prélèvement impayé de presque 500€ alors que mon nouveau RIB a bien été communiqué... des mises en demeure avec menaces de poursuites meme quand on a toujours payé... un contrat à bien bien bien lire avant de signer: si votre entreprise est florissante et que vous êtes en parfaite santé ça peut vous convenir, mais attention au moindre pépin, vous n'aurez aucun interlocuteur ! Alors que leur publicité promet la flexibilité et une relation privilégiée avec une équipe qui vous accompagne... Jamais je n'ai vécu une expérience commerciale aussi horrible! (Et perdu beaucoup d'argent...)

Terrible service they claim to be using some AI that cant even tell the difference between a drivers licence and my face the only hire car mob in charter towers and there stupid program won't let me join there members to hire a car so if something does happen to me out her it's on you bunch of asholes as you said you would call me back and never even bothered to ring me waste hours of time on the phone with them they send me a form that staits they only accept certain types of people I don't recommend this mob to anyone at all.
Skuffende oplevelse, men fair kompensation
Jeg lejede en bil hos Kinto Share for at besøge min gamle onkel, som jeg ikke har set i 25 år. Da jeg kom for at hente bilen, var den der ikke. Jeg ventede en halv time, men den dukkede aldrig op.
Da jeg ringede til kundeservice, kunne de ikke hjælpe – de foreslog en anden bil et helt andet sted, men vidste ikke, hvornår den bil, jeg havde lejet, ville ankomme.
Jeg måtte til sidst cykle hjem og opgive besøget, hvilket var virkelig skuffende både for mig og min onkel.
Kinto har dog efterfølgende givet mig en kompensation til næste leje, og det sætter jeg pris på.
Alligevel var oplevelsen så ærgerlig, at jeg kun kan give to stjerner denne gang.
Kinto : un accompagnement inexistant en cas de problème
Au moment de la restitution, je n’ai pas retrouvé la carte grise. Le concessionnaire Toyota a alors refusé de reprendre le véhicule et, contrairement à d’autres établissements (comme Volkswagen Bank), Kinto n’a conservé aucun duplicata. Cela aurait pourtant permis de patienter le temps nécessaire (environ 5 semaines) à l’obtention d’un document de remplacement.
Face à ce problème, Kinto se contente de réponses polies mais ne propose aucune solution concrète. Ma situation est encore plus compliquée puisque je suis en arrêt maladie depuis juillet et que j’ai déménagé. Résultat : je paie pour un véhicule immobilisé, impossible à restituer.
De plus, Kinto refuse d’envoyer tout courrier à mon nouveau domicile, en avançant que seule l’adresse figurant sur la carte grise fait foi.
Je suis extrêmement déçu par l’accompagnement et le service de Kinto, et je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.
PS: Je recommande tout de meme le vehicule Toyota Yaris Cross
Extremely poor customer service
From start to finish Kinto provide the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. They don't care about their customers, they only care about making money. They are rude, inflexible and unreasonable. I will never lease a car with them again.
Car Covered in Possum Pee.. ,
Went to pick up car. Couldn't believe my eye's. The car was literally Covered in Possum's Pee.. The smell was that overwhelming i had to sit across the road from the Car. After being on the Phone for 35,Minutes I was able to Swap to another Vehicle with the Same Problems. When I arrived at Work my Colleague's asked what was all over the Car.? Absolutely Disgusting.'' Both Car's Parked under large Leopard Trees. Pod Dings all over the roof with Possum's Pee over Both Car's..

Tout relater ici est impossible, trop long que c’en serait difficilement croyable.
Toyota sait faire des voitures , c’est différent sur les services.
Ne jamais faire confiance à ce service. Avoir une trace écrite systématique… Imaginez le pire administratif…
Toujours préférer l’écrit aux choses dites. (Prudence élémentaire)
C’est en dizaines d’heures de temps perdu que se solde ce LLD.
Faîtes votre LLD ailleurs , préférez même un moteur pure tech…
Aucune de vos raisons justifient de faire appel à leurs services.

Terrible rip off experience from Kinto Netherlands. Website says they will charge 0.18€ for extra kilometres at the end of contract but sent us a bill of 500€ in the middle of the contract. On being questioned they mentioned it’s an estimation and is mentioned somewhere in their terms and agreements which they clearly know people don’t read. So a clear scam to rip off extra money from their customers. They made us sign a hard copy where terms and agreements was a website link.
Don’t rent from them unless you wanna spend a lot of money
I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before renting from them. I wouldn’t have rented such a rip off and you can’t even speak with anyone charge me an extra $379.04 miles that I didn’t even go over. So I basically paid $800 for a week. I worked for them all day and night.
Over charge even for their repai fault,failed dispute with bad customer service
Despite my attempts to resolve this directly, the company has failed to address my concerns, and I believe the charges are in violation of the BVRLA's Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.
I have been charged a total of £440.00 for damages, which I contend are normal wear and tear on a vehicle that was well maintained. The charges are broken down as follows:
* Near Side Wheels and tyres Scuffed
* Near Side Door front Dent - Inspection Notes: Dent paint damage
* Near Side Door rear Dent - Inspection Notes: Dent paint damage
* Off Side Door rear Dent
* Front Bumper Front Previous paint repair - Inspection Notes: Dirt in paint/rippled
I have two specific points of contention regarding these charges:
* I had a previous scratch on the front bumper which was repaired through the company's insurance, not by me. The inspection notes state "dirt in paint/rippled," which suggests a fault with the repair carried out by their chosen repair shop. It is unjust to hold me responsible for the quality of a repair I had no control over.
* The other noted damages, such as scuffed wheels and small dents, fall within the expected range of normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and usage. My assessment, supported by several experienced colleagues, is that these charges are an overcharge for normal use.

Frustrant à éviter à tout prix
Service frustrant. J’ai restitué le véhicule, ils ont continué à me prélever sur deux mois. Ils m’ont envoyé la facture d’avoir à déduire des frais de remise en état.
Ils m’ont déduit le montant de l’avoir ! Oui, oui vous avez bien compris, là je dois justifier cette dépense à ma comptable en disant qu’ils m’ont déduit mon avoir la grosse blague et ils me demandent de payer les frais de remise en état en déduisant seulement les deux mois alors qu’ils m’ont pris sur 4 mois et quand je leur fait par de cette situation, ils semblent ne rien comprendre devant ce problème de mathématiques niveau CM1.
Si seulement j’avais su j’aurais jamais dû prendre ce service
