ordered a £50+ item, returned it in under their 2 week "no squabble return"

to which they never refunded me and ignored all emails and phonecalls.

i will be taking legal action.
whoever this guy is who runs this company, i will crush you in small courts and smile while i do it.

Ebay have charged me for selling an item... which is understandable... however the charges are way to high and not clearly stated when adding items..

Instead you are required to link through a number of pages, jumping from one area to another... and then you need to work it all out.

Not only is this very frustrating but time consuming and unnecessary. (you are paying Ebay for using up your own time doing their job for them)

They could literally be upfront with the cost and have it worked out of the final total before you agree to sell.. you know.. Honest business and all that.

However, they know that if they did, you would go elsewhere. Hence why they make it so difficult.

Save yourself the money and find another platform.

Anyway, believe it or not... the above is not actually the complaint.

After being overcharged for giving Ebay my custom...

I find I cannot pay... as they want a different card to pay the cost.. why,??

so I upload a new card and STILL cant pay.. so I call up anddd... they cant take my money over the phone!!

A company this size cant take payments over the phone haha, what the hell.

And now they have sent my details to their debt collection agency.. because of their shortcomings.

Total joke... I try to pay numerous ways and they are the ones that wont accept.. and then just throw me to the debt collectors..

Stay well away from selling on ebay.

Pretty bad service, I think they advertise items they dont actually have in stock. On more than one occasion I've ordered and they've had to refund/partially send the product.

Don't recommend.

Avoid buying from this shop. First time I ordered, they haven’t sent me any notification, and when I asked them where my parcel was - they simply replied in a rude way as I was supposed to know already. Order was fine. So I still have them another chance.

Second order was terrible. They shipped items on time, but one of these is faulty. We talking about £20 item. And the faulty part to replace is £3 on their website. THREE POUNDS. I asked to find a solution, they replied that they need to open a warranty claim with manufacturer. For £3. I asked if they could ship a replacement and never heard from them again, even after sending 3 emails.

I’m glad they accept paypal which I always use for these miserable businesses. Even aliexpress offers a better service than these uk based shops which prompt you to buy local. Don’t buy local. Once the money is in, they can’t care less about you.

I will get my money back through paypal and never buy again from KINGQUAD.SHOP. SCAM!
