Stay away from this company!
The customer service provided by this company is virtually non-existent. It feels like they're selling empty promises for a hefty price tag. Despite owning the Arch II, my experience has been plagued with malfunctioning electronics and hardware failures. Numerous negative reviews litter the internet, and unfortunately, I have to echo those sentiments.

The WORST customer service.
AS another user said, great until something goes wrong, no one from the company will reply to any email you send. They treat their customers with total disregard, its honestly pretty awful. Im selling off all my Rhino gear and going to Kessler.

OK until something goes wrong - You may as well throw it away
OK until something goes wrong.
And dangerous to use powerful motor, however easy to get you fingers trapped and bruised!
Purchased ROV motorised slider and belt needed reattaching, easy fix you would think! Looked at sending back for repair in America but return postage would cost over £100. Tried ProAV in UK this was their reply... 'cost would be in the region of £200 - £250 plus VAT, including the part.' (FOR A BELT?) Which is just about the cost of replacing the unit!

Rhino Camera Gears are defective and scams!
Rhino camera gear is a scam of a company!!! I got a defective unit and they didn’t want to deal with it. Then asked me to return defective one back and they’ll send a replacement. They’ve received the non working unit for weeks and still haven’t sent the replacement unit. They say they only send out on fridays and it’s been couple of Fridays and still no sign of replacement. Add to that days before they even bother replying! Fed up with this company! The products do not work and customer service is so bad. Just keep lying and making excuses. They sell defective products and then basically tell you tough luck! Don’t buy into their marketing schemes.
