This company is a scam. They will send you a quote without the address and then you will pay without ever getting the product. Do NOT purchase from these people. Their employee linkedin's show they are in Nigeria.

This company is a SCAM

I placed an order January 2025, I was emailing my rep for many months only to find out he stopped working there.

Angelica promised to give us a refund and it seems she has stopped working also.

Don’t buy from these people, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

We made a transfer for an item to Intrinsically Safe Store and there was a need to get back the refund due their inability to wait for lead time. The high level of Professionalism with which the refund was handled is commendable. We received our refund courtesy of the customer care expertise and continuous update that something is actually being done about it, that we should be patient.
We are grateful that the refund was made and look forward to more mutual business relationship in future.

OMG.! I think I’ve been los my money of this company for $3k. No sign of my order and the communication is disgusting. All I kept receiving was an email with excuses l. Now they don’t reply to my email requests for updates.!
Also the internationally phone number does not connect and just hangs up.!
This is 200% a SCAM!
AVOID!

I only gave them 1 star because there isn't a way to give them 0 stars!
I ordered 7 PAID for an item on 12/6/22. On 12/28/22, I still have not received it.
I've tried calling and chatting several times without success.
Who are these people???????

Stay away. It’s a scam store.

Ordered product. They replied later they didn’t actually have stock in the product.

Okay, maybe that happens but….

Instead of a refund, they asked me if I wanted to buy something else instead. Weird, red flag one.

I answered “No, I want a refund of my $1,419.25” and that was the last communication I would receive from them.
I asked repeatedly for my refund. No response, Zero.

I finally had to file a charge back via my credit card company. Which was, months later, approved. I’m guessing because they didn’t reply to them either.
My CC company shows me communications attempts and no response.

While I did get my money back, it was because of a good CC company. This scam store would not refund.
