Outstanding treatment! Sunny was so thorough and professional. He diagnosed the cause of my shoulder pain, put together a hehab plan, had me perform all the exercises, videoed me doing them and sent them to me to make sure I get them right. Brilliant! The trigger point massage of the affected area really hit the spot too! With Sunny’s help I am really confident my shoulder will be sorted in a few weeks. Fantastic work! Can’t thank him enough.

Injured my back at the gym Deadlifting leaving me unable to walk upright. Booked in with Vishal Jhally who from there began the Physio over the next coming weeks, which has lead my back to feeling and being stronger than ever, being able to Deadlift again.

The process was good, the exercises increasing in difficulty as weeks progressed, building on what we had done previously. What i liked most about it was it wasn't the case of having a massage and its sorted, it was the gradual process of adding different exercises and movements into the rehab to strengthen the area enabling me to move freely once again, but feeling strength in the region that had been irritated by Deadlifting.

Vishal was very thorough in his initial consultation and gave a clear timescale for recovery. Appointment booking and payment was easy online and there were evening and Saturday slots available to fit around work. First treatment session included video instructions for rehab exercises, which is really useful. Vishal is very knowledgeable and friendly; he gave good advice and answered any questions I had. I was pleased that the advice was to get me back to full fitness rather than advising resting my ankle injury!

I had very bad sciatica pain that was constant, after taking multiple pain killers and other medications and having appointments at kinetic I am in little to no pain, I feel like myself again. Would recommend to anybody that is in any pain
