Excellent appointment for treatment, additional exercises explained to aid recovery

My treatment is so helpful Exercises at Home i have been given are so beneficial a Absolutely Brillant 💯 team Maddie is the best Iwill be back to myself in no time and hopefully off my pain killers 10 out 10

The care taken by the team is always exceptional, from pre appointment reminders, breaking down problems so I understand as a client, and support for aftercare and videos to show exercises. I was able to make progress 48 hours after my appointment. I wouldn’t got anywhere else.

Sunny and his team are always so thorough and professional in the preliminary consultation before treatment. You need to trust your physio and Sunny an the team can certainly be trusted to do the right thing.

I went to the appointment with severe discomfort in my neck & shoulder area, I left the appointment with more movement in my neck and very little discomfort, Maddie is very reassuring, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have been given exercises to maintain & improve the strength & mobility of my neck & shoulder.

I have had half a dozen sessions to help with a shoulder issue that caused acute pain. Sunil assessed and identified a rotator cuff tear. He explained exactly the issue using diagrams and set out a plan for recovery.
From our first appointment, he has explained each step to me in clear terms and my shoulder pain has lessened and mobility improved with each session.
I am very pleased this far with my treatment and am pretty confident that I will have recovered sufficiently for my next event in a couple of weeks. Sunil communicates very efficiently and I am very comfortable with his friendly, but very professional care.
I am happy to recommend his services as a physio and will be using him until I am recovered and beyond

If shoulder rehab was an Olympic sport, Maddie would take gold. I stupidly hurt my shoulder playing football and had to begrudgingly get some support, but Kinetic and Maddie have been great. I’m four weeks in with another three or four to go and the progress has been really encouraging. Maddie is very professional, explains everything clearly and somehow manages to make the sessions enjoyable at the same time. Would definitely recommend if you need physio and want someone who knows their stuff but keeps things relaxed and positive.

Maddie is so welcoming and takes time to fully understand your problem and plan targeted treatment. After just one treatment my hips are so much better, moving more freely, highly recommend
