I visited Kinetic @ 6 weeks ago with severe back pain and over the last 6 weeks I have seen Maddie.
She has provided a totally professional service, both providing a diagnosis, outlining a treatment plan and treating me on 5 occasions, with follow up videos of the rehab exercises. Back now is 95% back to normal.
Excellent service.

The team at Kinetic played a huge role in getting me back to the world stage in Muay Thai after a horrible injury. Not only are they the best around but the constant reassurance to mentally get through a tough time is what makes these guys so unique. Changed my life for the better 🙏🏼

As always, Sunny listened well, got to the root of the issues, reassured me of the way forward and give me confidence to get back to running, knowing I wasn't doing any further harm.

It was clearly set out for me, what my plan looked like and the kind of result I could expect; be it a slow progress.
I was asked to do a few exercises and recorded to compare it to in the future, to see progress made.
It was a pleasant and friendly but professional experience.

I had the best sports massage with Maddie. I do alot of exercise and it’s just what my body needed. Maddie me feel super comfortable. She is super knowledgeable and i would definitely recommend everyone to book in if your bodies are falling apart slowly and need reviving!

Lisa was very friendly & relaxing. The therapy was excellent and her communication style was excellent.

Lisa communicated well about the treatment, problem areas she would pay attention to along with taking on board the areas I would like treating. She always checked if I was comfortable with the different massage pressures applied.
A good experience with pleasant social chat making the customer feel at ease, along with informative stuff about what to expect after the massage, including possible increases in soreness, aching albeit temporarily until improvement, advice on rehydration etc.
I have recommended her to several Club Towers members who I understand have booked sessions with her!

I had my first physiotherapy session with Maddie yesterday, who provided a great therapeutic plan to alleviate my current health condition. She was very knowledgeable and provided some exercises to strengthen my muscles, and the massage provided was incredible. A big thank you to her and Sunny.

Sunny went through a list of exercises with me and sent videos of me doing them with voice instructions. Much easier than reading them or having a picture. Very happy with the programme I have been given.

I had a knee replacement in March 2023 and recently had a long flight to the UK from Vietnam. A week after the flight my knee was painful and I had difficulty walking.
We made an appointment with the physio who examined my knee with a follow up treatment a few days later. My knee was painfree immediately. I'm continuing to do the exercises given to me.
