Great service
Delivery was quicker then I expected. It was packed properly and food is just great - well I see that my dog is enjoying it. Definitely ordering again!

Mice had defrosted but chicken ok
Usually the mice are packed properly to keep them frozen but this time they were on top of the chicken sausages and had almost completely defrosted. Thus I had to refreeze them which isn’t ideal. Otherwise everything was perfect with the order and delivery.

I would give this company 5***** I rated 3 fir the delivery experience, everytime I have ordered from you it's quick and painless brilliant service can not fault you, but it's the driver which he just dumped the parcels on the step gets into the van and start reversing before I even open the front door... Which is a little rude.
