Really strong reliable dog poop bags. The lavender scent is a bonus which help keep smells at bay.

Placed an order of the 19th May during their closing down sale, still waiting to hear a response or delivery details. Understand they’ve gone into administration but they’ve written clearly on the site you’d hear something by 14/06/23 (Today). Spent £65 and don’t have anything to show for it. Tried emailing and calling with no joy of a reply.

Trisha, do you work for this shower? They took my money, no goods delivered. Thieving shower of barstools!

12/07/2023 - had a phone call from JR who said refund would be back in my bank account by 19th July - its now 21st July and no refund has appeared ???11/07/23 - no sign of refund ? finally received an email from JR to say my refund was being processed on 30th June - no refund as of yet ? No replies to emails or phone call ? - Anyone else having trouble ? 27/06/23 - Still waiting for a refund of £55.22 - seems that they send you a genuine email to say they are processing / refunding customers and then nothing? why can't you reply to innocent customers who just wanted to buy something from your company for their puppy? 13/06 - email to say ORDER #WAG40378 £55.22 is on its way - but no tracking number. separate ORDER #WAG40383 £15.47 received - thank you

Bought regularly from this company, so was sad to hear of their decision to close. Placed 2 orders during their “sale “ and I was kept up to date with deliveries. Considering the staff were going through a worrying stressful time they made sure that customers were not let down, even though I as well as others waited almost 3 weeks for orders to arrive. I am grateful that in this situation the company still ensured customer satisfaction

Ordered from the closing down sale in May- 2 lots of treats and a new harness.
Order arrived yesterday but only contained the treats! No harness even though the order invoice inside the box listed the harness, same as the shipment email.
Have emailed asking if the item will be coming at a later date or if not, could I get a refund but no reply yet, and unable to call or contact in any other way due to their website being basically closed!

Order completed with nice note explaining substitution. Well packaged and delivered as expected. Good quality products.

Placed my orders over 10 days ago - not received and unable to contact .. saw the message on their website but do not trust that the orders will be fulfilled. I am contacting my bank to dispute the payment.

Ordered on 16th May and still nor received as on 23rd May,emailed and tried to call but no response.Have just checked website and it is closed with message saying they have shut down business but that all orders placed before 22nd May will takec10 to 14 days due to limited resources.i now question if I will get my order and how I will be able to get refund
