The company is a joke
The company is a joke. I placed the order on the 8th of July, and it indicated a delivery time of 3-5 working days. It’s now the 23rd of July, and I still haven’t received anything. I’m starting to break out on my face because I have no product left.

My delivery
My delivery was returned to sender and there does not seem to be anyway of contacting Kiehl’s to have it resent to the correct address.

I ordered a smaller olive oil shampoo…
I ordered a smaller olive oil shampoo as the larger sizes were out of stock. But then the size I ordered was subsequently said to be out of stock, so all that was sent were the 3 free sample sachets. Very disappointed.

Product is really good
Product is really good. I have used the moisturiser more than 2 years. No allergies on my sensitive skin. For online order, it is better to include tracking / way bill no. on the confirmation for delivery monitoring.

I love everything about Kiehls. The Calendula foaming face wash is no exception and it's a must have for all skin types.

Made two orders… non arrived
Made two orders: the first never arrived… I called after two weeks to complain and I was promised a refund that has yet to materialise
A foolishly went for a second order (of much higher amount) and after a week I have no news of that one either.
They set product have shipped but we don’t send shipping information
I like the product but I’ll never buy in their website again

Truly awful customer service
Truly awful customer service. When my delivery arrived, the contents had been tampered with: the box of face cream had been opened. I have now sent 2 messages through the online form but, beyond the automated response, I have had no substantive reply. Unacceptable.
