Incomplete Order and no refund as promised

I ordered two products mid June, The full amount owed was taken. On the 16th July. I was advised that my order could not be completed, and that I would receive a refund. It is now the 26th July, and I have yet to receive my refund or a reply from customer services. This is not the first time that I have not received products from Kiehls,and have had to chase for a refund. I am a regular customer.

Excellent products

Excellent products, unfortunately one item was out of stock again but it is very popular. I normally order a few items together and get free delivery which I appreciate and delivery is quick. it is sometimes a bit tricky to find the correct products in the search bar but try different words!

Poor customer service experience

I had the worst experience ever
I placed my order on 09/07, expecting some delays due to warehouse issues
I received a shipping notification on 16/07
No tracking number , no DPD email
I sent them emails enquiring the status no reply
I called them today and the agent said she can only email the relevant team to reply
How long that will take , she hoped soon
I asked can they sent a replacement order no
Can I ask for refund? no
Again we have to wait for 14 days ( working I presume) from shipping email
All this while they already charged my account €85
Very frustrating experience
I’ve dealt with them before and I usually receive my parcel in 2-3 days
I can’t help but feel sorry for the agents who are truly helpless

You are sending me a survey but my…

You are sending me a survey but my products still haven’t arrived 6 working days after the order was placed.
I’ve not had any updates on the status since the day of the order.
That’s very poor service in my opinion.
