Unacceptable Experience – Avoid Ordering from Kiehls.ie
On July 6th, I placed an order totaling €192.10 on Kiehls.ie. After a full week with no updates, I used their website's contact form, which promises a response within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I received no reply.
A day or two later, I finally received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, the shipment never arrived. Then, exactly 13 days after placing my order, I received a PayPal notification of a refund. Confused, I contacted customer service, only to be informed that the products were out of stock, which was the reason for the refund.
Adding to the confusion, I later received an email claiming that the products were stuck at customs, which was why they hadn't arrived, and advising me to reorder. If orders are being shipped from the UK, it begs the question—why have an Irish website in the first place?
Reluctantly, I decided to reorder the products, only to face the same issue again—no shipment after 3 weeks. I sent two follow-up emails asking for an update, but once again, received no response.
As of today, I've been waiting 36 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against ordering anything from Kiehls.ie.

DPD said they delivered my parcel to my neighbour ;and took my neighbour’s house photo to me showed they have delivered to my neighbour but actually they didn’t,After I questioned DPD company and also left the message I didn’t receive it. After a day my parcel appeared on my front door!

Happy with my purchase
Happy with my purchase. Since I started using Kiehl‘s last year, I can‘t imagine using other products now. I love the amino acid shampoo so I bought a refill this time. I had less hairfall since using it and texture is great even without using conditioner.

Quicker delivery
Hi. I think that the delivery time and dispatch time is a little slow. I was at one point worried that my order wouldn’t arrive on time. Also I’ve had no response from two emails.
