Après l'installation et l'abonnement souscrit, rien ne fonctionne comme présenté, si ce n'est la géo-localisation.
Ma fille a eu toutes ses icônes qui ont disparu deux jours de suite. L'interface fu support n'est absolument pas conviviale et quand on réussi à avoir quelqu'un (uniquement par chat, ne nous emballons pas !) C'est pour réinstaller l’application.
Je ne recommande pas.

False advertising

This is a really poor app. Basically the app is an expensive location tracker and has none of the advertised features.

Setting up is the easy part however you're promoted immediately for payment. For some reason you set the screen time on the child's phone and not the parent app which defeats the object of the parent app and the only features the app has is to lock all downloaded apps and see location. You can't see any usage of the apps, you can't lock individual apps and the phone doesn't lock or have any downtime.

Really disappointed with the developers of this as they've simply lied about the app features and charge £56 to use it for a year. I'm seeing reviews about the difficulty to remove this from the childs phone so once I have found a suitable alternative I'm not looking forward to going through this step.

Glad I took time to read the reviews first, I could have also been ripped off . I advice buyers to check the reviews before they buy first .

No contact with support when problems. Have been waiting 2 weeks for reply. So far no luck. Would give 0 starts if there was an option.

Awful experience. I downloaded and it doesn’t work. The worst is that blocked my child phone and I can not delete that . I applied for refund which has been denied. I lost lots of money and my patience.

L'application ne fournit aucune des fonctionnalités annoncées. L'accès aux données d'utilisation des applications est impossible. Un paiement mensuel est exigé pour une période d'essai qui s'avère, après quelques minutes seulement, totalement inefficace.

Do not download this app. It’s terribly dysfunctional and seems like its only functioning operation is to steal your money. Like others have said, I installed it for a trial but was promptly charged $79.99 and had zero success of getting ac refund from Apple. Have tried a number of times to get it to work. No customer support. Total rip off. Lame

Au 1er abord, on se dit chouette, simple, jolie, des fonctions utiles avec tout ce qu'il faut, et puis on déchante. Les temps qui se modifient tout seul, on a beau bloquer playstore + bloquer les téléchargements, bin mes 2 garçons arrivent qd même à télécharger ce qu'ils veulent, et le pire c'est qu'une fois sur 2, on ne le sait pas, comme si ça se mettait tout seul ! Je bloque le temps, mais ça marche encore, même si de mon côté c'est bien bloqué ! Super pour une application de contrôle parentale, et en plus payante !!! Heureusement que j'avais pris juste un abonnement mensuel, je n'aurai payé qu'un seul mois, mais 1 mois de trop !! Si vous avez une question, débrouillez vous avec le chat robot qui vous fait tourner en rond, et quand vous trouvez courageusement un mail pour leur écrire, pas de réponse ! C'est de la pure arnaque

Downloaded this on my childs phone but now I want to unblock certain apps in the app I cannot due to not knowing the parental pin. I cannot access the parental pin due to me deleting the app off my phone after not thinking that I then would not be able to gain access to my sons phone. I emailed the support email but they told me they could not help and to go through the chatbot which you go around in circles. So all in all I have a phone which is blocked to this bloody app and I cannot uninstall it and delete the thing. And I've potentially been paying however much a month and haven't even been using it!

Downloaded this and attempted it after a failed attempt a few months prior.

Stupidly pressed 7 day trial rather than £12.99 not thinking that in their eyes I had already had the free trial (I didn’t, the phones wouldn’t connect). So I guess not really their fault. However…the app advertises itself in an entirely different format to the app I am seeing. There is no help or support, it just takes you around in circles with a chatbot that gives you the strangest irrelevant options to press or “go back”…and that’s it…
My son’s phone is now stuck on age 4+ no matter what I’m doing with the bar when he is 12 and there is no explanation of how to fix this.

No way to block single apps.

The thing is it could be an easy fix, I could just be being technically challenged and struggling…but there is zero support to help this or explain clearly…even the troubleshooting shows the app in a completely different format to what I can see and just leaves me feeling like I’ve paid £79 to move a bar up and down…when I can do that through Apple family for pretty much free…

I’ve requested a refund directly through Apple with “doesn’t work how it was advertised as my reasoning”.

Alot of the reviews on the AppStore itself are terrible, suggesting it’s a scam and concerns its data collecting yet they’ve still managed to get a lot of stars so I’m actually baffled at what’s going on and if there’s some glitch going on currently or if I should be worried about having downloaded this…

This app is easy to set up but, If you make the mistake of subscribing, you won't be able to cancel your subscription or get an easy refund as they don't offer it anywhere, not even under "Subscription" in the app itself. They just show you what you subscribed for and when it will renew, that is insane!

When it comes to block apps, it does it in an easy manner, except it doesn't block settings, so your kid will be able to access anything and all from there.

This app could be so much better but they mess up in such a spectacular ways like not allowing the customer to control their subscriptions. Not allowing them to get refunded if they made the mistake of subscribing and so on. You may be making your child a bit safer, but you are locking yourself in a perpetual subscription with them for ever... well... until you change the credit card, thanks to them.

Safe your money and the frustration of having to change your credit card, don't subscribe to this service. There are allot of other great services (oh... please don't go with Google family link, but that is a whole different review) out there.
