Application qui fonctionne quand elle veut... Je voulais une appli qui bloque l accès aux réseaux sociaux, mais ça ne fonctionne pas ! Et le pire est que c est impossible de se désabonner! Aucun service client, pas de réponse aux mails, que des questions réponse pré faites, une arnaque, des voleurs, à fuir !

Terrible app, took money for month didn’t work then took more moneh 4 days after the first bill. Never use ever terrible customer service

De 1er abord, cette application est a la fois complète, intuitive, ludique et attrayante avec notamment la possibilité d'accorder du temps supplémentaire via les tâches...
Malheureusement ça s'arrête la car elle fonctionne très mal :
La mise a jour des informations et de la localisation ne fonctionne que en soiree de 18h a 23h . Le reste du temps la position et le temps d'écran sont bloqués impossible d'avoir les infos !
Donc inutile. Abonnement annuel souscrit pour rien. A éviter.

Die App ist Betrug. Ich habe 35 € dafür bezahlt und das Limitieren der Handyzeit funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Ich bin stinksauer und will mein Geld wieder.

Do not download this app !!! It doesn't work they just take your money then explain after that it doesn't work for iPhone however still charge you.

Not only does it not work in full for iPhone the actual features that it claims you can use like time limits and location do not work either.

The location says that my child is at school when she's actually say next to me

The time limit starts from when they first look at the phone rather than tracking actual time used on the phone.

You can't restrict certain apps it's all or nothing.

I'm trying to get a refund, can see that others have been unsuccessful.. if anyone has managed to get a refund please let me know how you did this.

Please do not buy from this company. They're unethical! I bought this app based on good reviews and paid the discounted annual fee. But now I'm thinking the good reviews are fake. I never could get the location tracking to work and I did all the troubleshooting they recommended on their site but none of their suggestions worked. I looked for a phone number and chat support on their website. But those two things are not on their site, there's only an email. So I emailed them and got an automatic response to use their chat support. Well, that's impossible since they don't have chat support on their website. Out of frustration I emailed them asking for a refund and was denied. So now I have paid $60 for something that doesn't work. They are ripping people off!

I installed the app and then found most of the advertised functionality was missing.
The instructions don't explain anything useful, and the chat bot support is useless.
Luckily I realised quickly and could cancel the subscription before the free period expired.
I think the manufacturer is hoping you will not realise in time.

Appli pas complète. paiement immédiat sans temps d'essai et malgré la demande de remboursement au bout d'une heure d'utilisation et de décision d'en changer, cette demande m'a été refusée. Je trouve cette politique commerciale abusive et malhonnête. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

App verspricht individuelle Zeitlimitierung für versch. Apps... geht aber nicht.
Werbe-Screenshots sind Fantasie...

Dreadful app. Avoid!!!!

Firstly, you have to install it in both your own phone and your children’s phones - requiring their co-operation. A mission in itself with teenagers!

Secondly - it says NOWHERE in the small print that you cannot control access to ‘system apps’.
On apple iPhone the safari web browser is a system app - so much as I could control access to the Facebook app for example, my child could still access Facebook through safari!!! Thereby totally defeating the purpose if the app.

Thirdly - the customer support is via a bot and totally hopeless .
I tried to contact them to get a refund as I was so disgusted with the app and the customer support, and got absolutely nowhere.

Do not waste your time or money on this App. Avoid!!!

The app wasn't compatible with my daughter's iPhone which wasn't clear until after I paid for a annual subscription. All I could do was limit screen time (don't need a app for that). I contacted them and was told I couldn't have my money back.....I had it less then 48 hours and they would not honour consumers act of 14 day money back guarantee. App and customer service was disgusting. I've never wrote a review before but I just can't believe how people would con you out of your money

Decue de cette application. Des que ma fille est dehors, la localisation ne fonctionne pas du tout. Ensuite il n'est pas possible de contrôler limiter l'accès aux sites sur Chrome ... J'ai donc du bloquer totalement l'utilisation de chrome pour éviter les connexions ou les liens sur des sites pour adultes. Enfin, quand le tel est censé être verrouillé, il ne l'est pas et on peut toujours l'utiliser.
Bref, Je regrette d'avoir payé.
Je pense que les avis positifs sont mensongers.

Dommage je n ai pas vu les avis avant mon achat de cette …. Ce n’est pas ce qui apparaît dans leur pub.J’ai pris un abonnement annuel malheureusement , j’ai de la haine rien qui fonctionne. J arrive même pas à chatter avec le personnel pour demander de l’aide. Je la déconseille à 100%

Waste of time and money. Time limit never worked, when unblocking apps always gave faulty msg about bad connection, tech support non existing…

Ladda inte ner appen. Dyr och värdelös.
Dyr: 550:- för en App som inte fungerar öht (speciellt inte till iPhone). ⚠️⛔🚫

Can't unblock my child device. Options are disappearing, location always late for more than 12 hours. Very disappointing.

Ohne Abschluss eines Abos funktioniert die Bildschirmzeit-Sperre nicht automatisch. Gesperrt werden nach Abschluss des Abos dann innerhalb der Sperrzeiten alle Apps. Es ist nicht möglich, den Apps einzeln unterschiedliche Nutzungszeiten zuzuweisen. Verlängerungsanfragen können auch nicht über die App gestellt werden. Versprochene Nutzungsberichte konnte ich nirgendwo in der App finden. Enttäuschend!
