Oh I wish I had looked at this first. Yes if your child is using an iPhone DO NOT BUY!! IT IS A SCAM. They do not warn you that most of the features will not work, but still happy to take your money.

Terrible app. It doesn't deliver what it promises, and the client service is just awful. They make you waste your time and don't solve any problems.

Cette application n est pas du tout efficace.
Le temps passé par les enfants sur le téléphone est erroné, la localisation ne fonctionne pas.
J ai fait un mail au service client je n ai jamais eu de retour.
J ai malheureusement payé pour l année !!!
Je vous conseille l appli family link qui est parfaite si vous avez un téléphone sur android et votre enfant aussi et elle est gratuite !

Do not purchase this app. Complete rip off. Paid £79.99 for a yearly subscription and it doesn’t work. The location map doesn’t work, it said it couldn’t find my child when she was sat next to me. Blocking and time schedules seem to glitch and only works sporadically. Other times if will block my daughters phone when it’s not be set to do so. Very frustrating. Please don't waste your money.

This app does not do what it says it does. The extra features I paid for do not work. There is no come back with customer service. Unfortunately we paid in full instead of using the trial. I was told they were upgrading and therefore not all features were working, but they couldn't tell me when all the features would work again and just avoided answering. They refused to give me a refund. Pure scam. Do not buy.

Buggy . I get the ring of death every second time I use it as it cannot connect to my son's phone. Gives wrong info. Says apps blocked and they are not and vice versa. Have to reboot my phone to get it to work. Pretty awful. Don't bother.

Está aplicación es una porquería porque yo tengo 12 años y me parece raro que cuando me bloquean el celular aparece el cocodrilo diciendo "las apps están bloqueadas" y además está basura es para niños de 4 años póngale límite de edad hasta los 8 años porque para adolescentes de 12 años es raro que tengas esta clase de control parental

Ich habe diese App heruntergeladen, um das Smartphone meines Kindes zuverlässig zu schützen zumindest wurde dies so beworben. Doch bereits nach kurzer Nutzung zeigte sich, dass die angebotenen Leistungen in keiner Weise den Erwartungen entsprechen. Besonders kritisch ist, dass die App nur verwendet werden kann, wenn man zuvor einem Probeabo zustimmt, das sich im Nachhinein jedoch nicht kündigen lässt, obwohl dies eindeutig zugesichert wird. Ich habe die Testphase fristgerecht beenden wollen. Allerdings erhielt ich weder eine Erinnerungs- oder Hinweismail, noch wurde mir irgendeine Möglichkeit eingeräumt, den Vertrag ordnungsgemäß zu widerrufen. Stattdessen wurden mir ohne jegliche Vorwarnung 50 € abgebucht. Dieses Vorgehen halte ich für äußerst zweifelhaft. Hinzu kommt, dass die App technisch in einem sehr mangelhaften Zustand ist. Die Synchronisation zwischen meinem Gerät und dem meines Sohnes funktionierte trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht. Der Kundenservice konnte mir dazu keine Lösung anbieten. Dass eine fehlerhafte App veröffentlicht wird und man anschließend weder Support noch eine realistische Möglichkeit zur Problemlösung oder Rückerstattung erhält, ist aus meiner Sicht vollkommen unakzeptabel. Ich habe ausdrücklich um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, da ich aufgrund der erheblichen Mängel vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten wollte und einem tatsächlichen kostenpflichtigen Vertrag nie bewusst zugestimmt habe, sondern lediglich das Probeabo testen wollte. Statt Unterstützung erhielt ich lediglich irreführende Screenshots, die angeblich zeigen sollten, wie das Abo in den iPhone-Einstellungen kündbar sei. Diese Option existiert jedoch nicht offenbar wurde das Abo so konzipiert, dass es sich automatisch über ein ganzes Jahr verlängert. Das bedeutet für mich nun eine kostspielige Jahresmitgliedschaft für ein Produkt, das für mich keinerlei Nutzen hat. Der Hinweis des Entwicklers, dass er nicht helfen könne, da der Kauf über Apple abgewickelt wurde, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Wenn eine App über Apple angeboten wird, trägt der Entwickler selbstverständlich Mitverantwortung für Funktionsfähigkeit, Transparenz und Rückerstattungen. Andernfalls sollte das Produkt dort nicht verkauft werden. Auch Apple selbst hat meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung bereits zweimal abgelehnt trotz klarer Mängel und fristgerechtem Widerruf. Dieses Vorgehen verstößt aus meiner Sicht gegen grundlegende Verbraucherrechte. Wenn ein Produkt mangelhaft ist und der Käufer rechtzeitig vom Vertrag zurücktritt, ist eine Rückerstattung rechtlich zwingend erforderlich. Ich erwarte daher, dass dieser Fall erneut geprüft wird und eine angemessene Lösung einschließlich einer vollständigen Rückerstattung umgesetzt wird.

Application ne fonctionne pas. Impossible d'avoir un sav compétent, que par tchat ,une journée pour des échanges épistolaires qui tournent en rond et ne règle pas le problème. J'ai payé pour rien

VARNING!!! Dom drar 599 kr innan gratisperioden är över. Sedan när jag ber om att få använda min 14 dagars ångerrätt som jag enligt lag har rätt till, så hänvisar dom dom mig till Apple och påstår att dom inte har tillgång till Apples betalningssystem. Det är kids360 som ansvarar över mitt abonnemang och när jag påpekar detta, så skriver dom samma sak ”begär en återbetalning av Apple”. Men den blev blir naturligtvis inte godkänd. Detta är bara bluff och båg. Appen är dessutom helt värdelös.

J'ai payé 34 euros au lieu de 50 heureusement. Lorsque mon fils redémarre son téléphone tout se deconnecte et il peut continuer à jouer comme d'habitude. Ne prenez surtout pas !!!! Fuyez

When I first got this app a year ago schedules, tracking all worked fine. Lately I'm unable to adjust the time or set new schedules. Location tracking worked mostly fine for me but not being able to use the schedules function is a real disappointment and makes this app no longer useful to me. Also the robot customer service Penny is very annoying and in spite of trying several times to get in touch with a real person I just got a reply of kate if I could send a video of the issue but then she closed the chat so I could not send the video! I mean c'mon! The issue with time in schedules is also still not fixed. How difficult can it be. Maybe they don't want to keep their clients.

It’s just bad for $60 a month

No technical support whatsoever from both the in app chat and the ‘support’ email. Absolute waste of money, do not purchase this app - often going wrong, no technical support and no refund. If you’re using app for location, it rarely works and is most definitely not ‘live’. Customer service appalling.

Malgré l'abonnement payant la géolocalisation est pathétique entre Android et iPhone. Si on a une question impossible d'avoir une réponse.

Terrible app, awful customer service and waste of money, location never worked which was one of the sole reasons I installed the app, relying on a online chat with a robot is appalling for so called customer service or help

Ne prenez pas pour argent comptant ce que propose à cette application et même en ce qui est pour le satisfait ou remboursé. Trop des excuses pour ne pas à devoir à rembourser . Toutes les fonctionnalités ne fonctionnent pas comme il se doit. À fuir de toute urgence pour éviter de payer pour rien.
