Car part fit but was in wrong color and…

Car part fit but was in wrong color and missing a price to keep part intact. Instead it slots it but comes off when pulled hard.

Website gives incorrect parts using VIN…

I recently ordered some plastic trim part for my vehicle. I was very intentional about entering my VIN so as to guarantee that I received the correct parts. The website showed the parts I ordered as correct for my vehicle, so I ordered. I received incorrect parts and contacted returns. Joe - the returns manager, told me the the issue is my fault for not checking with a parts specialist prior to ordering and I should never have trusted the website. HORRIBLE customer service. I am deleting my account and NEVER buying from these people again

Had part by picture

Had part by picture. Not sure if entire part was less but needed part was listed. Had tried an “amazon” part. All worked except the broken window switch for driver side. It cost a lot here.

UPDATE - BEWARE of this shady company - UPDATE

Ordered a Key fob $161 which could not be programmed. Customer service made me go back to KIA dealer to get a written confirmation that it wouldn't program. Sent them documentation after many emails and phone calls and they never sent me a return authorization to send original back. Will not issue refunds. Entire episode was upsetting, expensive and VERY time consuming. I would never recommend them regardless of the positive reviews on their website.
After posting the above negative review, KIAPartsnow actually sent me an email apologizing for the lack of service and posted a refund to my credit card. Kudos to them for doing the right thing!!
