Kenco Arvostelua 

Me and my partner been drinking kenco rich blue top for ever, but what you’ve replaced it with red top is terrible. Doesn’t even taste smell like coffee. We bought 3 large jars as per usual. Big Mistake, I’m afraid going in bin. Won’t be buying anymore, kenco you’ve got it wrong.

Kenco Rich was a lovely coffee but since the recipe changed we have stopped buying it, trying an Aldi coffee now which has no sludge and tastes OK.

Used to buy 6-10 cans per month. Won’t touch it now, tastes rank. Recommend M&S as alternative.

I usually buy Kenco rich coffee but like many people noted the shrinkage of of jars and contents. But also why I will not buy this coffee any more is the change to the blend which has completely change the taste badly and it leaves sludge in the bottom of the mug ukkk.

I have used Kenco dark roast for years which I have always enjoyed but since repackaging the coffee it is disgusting. At first I thought I hadn't boiled the kettle and had poured cold water into the cup. It's now very flat and looks like sludge in the cup, and has no taste what so ever. I won't be buying it again. I am very disappointed, Kenco have spoilt a very popular product.

I've been a loyal kenco rich coffee drinker for over 15yrs and recently I bought a new jar. I wasn't happy about paying same money for 190g but he ho I got over I was just happy I could have a cuppa when I got home. I first noticed something wasn't right because when I broke the seal not the usual aroma but didn't think too deeply about it but what came next was the taste it just wasn't the same infact I honestly had to look at the jar to make sure I'd bought the correct coffee then came the residue left on the inside of my cup and the horrible sludge left at the bottom of my cup absolutely made me feel sick. Kenco have lost a loyal customer as I've binned the full jar and trying to now find a new coffee. Why try to fix something that's not broken!!

Always been a Nescafé gold drinker but decided to buy the big jar of kenco since it was on offer, bitterly disappointed, it's don't smell like coffee yet taste like coffee, it just tastes like Ur drinking warm milk, I certainly won't be wasting £6 again

On the search for a new coffee.!!! Kenco Stop going for cheaper ingredients and altering the recipe of a lovely coffee... I wont be buying again

I have drunk Kenco Millicano decaf for ages. What on earth has happened to it? It’s now powder instead of granules. Which if the taste was the same I wouldn’t mind so much but it isn’t. It tastes like the coffee you get at a mates house who doesn’t drink coffee so just bought the cheapest to have it in the cupboard. It’s gross. Will not be buying any more.

Not be buying this again, totally ruined this coffee blend

I have drunk kenco millicano since its introduction however the recent change from granules to a powder and smaller tin is awful. Its tastes like a cheap value supermarket brand but at a premium price. Won't be purchasing ever again. They don't value their customers to make such a drastic change for purely profit.

Over the last few weeks I thought my taste buds had changed but I was also being left with a furry mouth. I have now realised that the Kenco Rich and Kenco Smooth have been changed and unfortunately not for the better. I have actually binned what is left and certainly won't be purchasing any of their products again. There is absolutely nothing smooth or rich about either of them now.

If it's not broken, why try and fix it

The “ new improved recipe “ is dreadful. The taste is bitter and a powdery sediment remains at the bottom of the cup. We are long term Kenco loyals but have now switched as the new blend is unpleasant. To add insult to injury they have reduced the size by 10g and tried to hide it by a new design jar.

I have been drinking Kenco Rich & Decafe for years, the new receipe change is awful, I don't like it at all and will not be buying it again!! Why change something that was great? I think you have just lost a lot of customers!

First time tried this new coffee, I am disgusted with the taste. Old kenco smooth was tasty but not now, they cutting corners and making cheap rubbish.

Lost a loyal customers, never buying kenco again.

Kenco instant = instantly in the bin

Change the recipe back to the original one. The new one is disgusting leaving a thick brown sludge in the bottom of the cup. It tastes bitter and leaves a long lasting after taste which is unpleasant to put it mildly! We will not be buying any more Kenco instant coffee and will throw out the remaining jar before changing to a new brand.

This is not my kenko anymore, I've been drinking kenko smooth for years and loved it. Now they have changed the recipe and still charge the same price for this crap. Well kenko you have not done yourself any favours, this is the last time I will ever buy this, until you change it back to how it was. Maybe with so many bad reviews they will think again.

Drank this kenco smooth for years now changed the ingredients, Taste like cheap coffee 🤮 Last time I'll be buying this can't even enjoy nice coffee anymore. Nescafe done this same years ago haven't drank that sins either. Why change something everyone likes, Just gonna loose so many customers bad move for us hard core coffee drinkers gutted

What have they done to a once very lovey best selling brand. The taste is awful like almost everybody has stated, as for the silt in the bottom and the bitter taste, being down to coffee bean grounds.
People who generally drink instant coffee dont like the bitter minefield of the coffee snobs favourites

But I’m old enough to know for whatever the change is for, profit, boosting social media ethical which ever they will never admit to a fkup so will be a different brand from now on. Any ideas would be appreciated
