Keddy Arvostelua 

We hired a car for our holiday on Tenerife (Spain) with Sunny Cars, which makes use of local parties, in our case Keddy (Europcar). We were offered an upgrade for an extra amount of € 20,-- added on the total rental price we already paid to Sunny Cars. Unfortunately we were mislead by the lady at the counter as Keddy (Europcar) debited our account for € 20,-- a day extra, which is quite a pricy upgrade (it comes down to hiring two cars instead of one.....). Contracts are exclusively in Spanish. Keddy simply denies everything and Sunny Cars washes its hands in innocence, letting down the customer and allowing Keddy to continue its malicious practices.

Francais c’est une grosse arnaque! Vous réservez en ligne et arrivés sur place vous découvrez que c’est Europecar et qu’ils refusent toutes les cartes (visa CB…)
Donc voiture réservée 6 mois à l’avance avec un surplus pour la restitution dans un autre aéroport et rien du tout! Des voleurs des malhonnêtes comme europcar! FUYEZ

Abzocke im Nachgang ohne Rechnung trotz ausdrücklichem Wunsch keinerlei Zusatzversicherungen!

Terrible car hire company. Our flight was delayed by an hour and when we arrived we were told that our reservation was cancelled due to a no show. The guy at the desk could not care less and it cost an additional €200 to book with a rival rental company. Never again!!!

Nous avons loué une voiture pour 10 jours à l'aéroport de Barcelone. J'avais choisi une audi A3, j'apprends en arrivant qu'elle est considérée comme une voiture de luxe! On me demande par conséquent deux cartes de crédit à mon nom. Ce n'était pas précisé lors de la reservation sur le site du broker DoYouSpain et c'était noté en tout petit au milieu de l'avant dernière page du pdf envoyé par mail ... Je n'ai qu'une carte de crédit, du coup le loueur Keddy/Europcar m'a forcé à prendre leur assurance (350€) alors que j'avais déjà pris l'assurance tous risques chez Doyouspain! J'avais payé 300€ pour la voiture + l'assurance tous risques, j'ai dû ajouter 350€ uniquement pour l'assurance! Selon Keddy/Europcar, l'assurance proposée par Do You Spain n'est pas fiable et ne rembourse pas bien, ils exigent donc soit 2 cartes de crédit au même nom, soit de prendre leur assurance! Nous avons proposé de donner la carte de ma femme comme seconde garantie mais ils ont refusé. J'ai payé au final plus du double. Il était 21h, j'étais avec ma femme et mes enfants et j'avais 400km à faire pour rejoindre ma destination, donc aucune alternative au fait de payer. Tout ça est bien rodé. Do you spain vend son assurance en masquant délibérément les conditions et Europcar essaie de rentabiliser des voitures à prix cassés en forçant l'assurance tous risques qui leur fait gagner plus d'argent que la location elle même!

no car rental here. even though I had reserved through Sunny Cars and everything was included. I had to sign a Spanish contract. I asked what it was. it was for the extra driver. In retrospect this was extra insurance for tires. even though I was already insured for this. they debited this amount from my credit card. after submission. I called them and told this was a scam. Do not book here

Betrüger!!! Hände weg von diesem Anbieter. Hier werden nachträglich Versicherungen abgebucht die angeblich abgeschlossen worden wären. Wir haben bei Abhplung des Mietwagens explizit und mehrfach betont auf die Versicherungen zu verzichten. Leider ist hier nichts mehr zu machen und das Geld ist weg.

Nach dem eigentlich marktüblichen Versuch des Verkaufens von überflüssigen Versicherungen und meinem darauferfolgten Nein, verschlechterte sich Lust und Laune des Mitarbeiters in Bari / Italien zusehends.
Bei Übernahme des Fahrzeugs noch direkt am Flughafen eine große Überraschung: brandneues Fahrzeug, vollgetankt, keine Kratzer oder Macken = konnten unseren Augen nicht trauen.
Rückgabe nach 14 Tagen verlief derart unproblematisch, dass ich wünschte, es wäre immer und überall so der Fall - Mitarbeiter freundlich, hilfsbereit, schnelle Abwicklung.
Daumen hoch für Keddy / Europcar am Flughafen Bari.

The company is a scam plain and simple, never ever use them.

Estuve a punto de cancelar mi reserva al ver las reviews sobre keddy (al final es europcar) pero al final me arriesgué, y al menos mi experiencia es que no ha podido ser mejor. La chica de recepción en Santiago encantadora, (nadie me instó a contratar seguros extras ni nada) también influye que me dieran un coche superior, un nissan juke nuevecito, con android auto por lo que pude llevar el gps y mis canciones. Luego la devolución en Logroño también muy rápida y efectiva. Sin duda alguna en mi caso al menos una experiencia excelente y volvería a alquilar con ellos.

Ne surtout pas compter sur eux !!! Ils dont injoingnables pendant votre voyage. Ils ne gèrent aucune information. Ils ont changer l'endroit du check-out sans prévenir. On a dû rendre la voiture à 7 km de l'aéroport sans avertissement et sans navette. Ils sont lamentables !

Driver seat had old period leakage. They’ve taken 189.00 from my credit card. I presume it’s for this but i was unable to see what a crap stained car in the pitch black car park. It’s not off my mother as she’s 98. I had to try and clean the car with wet wipes. Old banger of a car.AVOID AVOID AVOID they scam you. I have been robbed and i have done nothing wrong to the car

I wanted to pick up my car at Schiphol Airport but was robbed from my wallet and so i could not get the car. I have paid 367,- for two weeks rental, I coukdn't pick the car up later that week also. And now i am busy for two months to get my money back or to speak with someone. Europcar does nothing... This is a big shame. I advise you never ever rent a car through Keddy or Do You Spain!!!! Be warned.

Had a reservation and when I wanted to pickup the car at Nice airport first we waited in line for more than an hour they told us that they did not have our car - I could choose between an electric car (not an option due to our expected mileage) or a bigger car at an extra charge. We declined and were told to wait until the right car would turn up. What a ridiculous service. We will never rent a car here again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Was charged over £289 to cancel a vehicle 2 days prior to pick up
The reason for cancelling was that they told me that they cannot accept a debit card for the waiver fee ( £890 ) but accepted the same debit card to make the initial payment online of ( £350 )
Can't believe they are being allowed to do this. Remember the keddy company is part of Europcar car hire. Please don't use as the fee for cancelling is not explained. Europcar this is daylight robbery shame on you. You have robbed a very ill, very poor war veteran

ESTAFA TOTAL!!!
Acabas pagando el doble por incluir el seguro y las ruedas de invierno que en otras compañías tienes por defecto. (de 291,67€ a 564,91€)
A pesar del seguro de cobertura total te obligan a dejar un depósito en garantía en mi caso de 664,91€.
A pesar de haber pagado 278,71 de anticipo a través de la plataforma RENTCARS, me descuentan de ese depósito sin previo aviso el total del alquiler 564,91€ sin tener en cuenta los 278,71€ ya pagados. He intentando contactar con KEDDY, EUROPCAR y RENTCARS pero nadie me devuelve mis 278,71€ pagados extras. Son todos unos LADRONES!!! Me voy a consumo!!!

Ich habe über Billiger-Mietwagen.de die Empfehlung bekommen, diese Mietwagenfirma über Europcar zu nehmen. Alle notwendigen Versicherungen habe ich im Vorfeld abgeschlossen. Nach Beendigung der Reise wurden mir verschiedene Versicherungen in Rechnung gestellt. Bei der Anmietung wurde mir jedoch bestätigt, dass keine Versicherungen notwendig seien. Auf dem spanischen Versicherungsformular befanden sich jedoch kleingedruckt diese Versicherungen, die ich mit zahlreichen anderen Unterschriften ohne Hinweis des Autovermieters oder Verständnis unterschrieb. Typische Abzocke, auf die ich reingefallen bin und jetzt das Schmerzensgeld bezahlen musste. Nie wieder keddy am Flughafen Tenerifa!

I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but overall was a great experience. 10 minutes waiting at europcar counter. They tried to convince me to upgrade but didnt persist after a no. Car pickup was easy. We got a Dacia Jogger, not the greatest car (not a lot of power, but very okay). Made videos of the whole car (after a previous not so good/horrible experience with clickrent). Returning was easy. Within 5 minutes of arriving everythong was checked and done and was totally hasslefree. Would rent here again
