I received the wrong part, I needed 9mm belt instead of 6mm. They are VERY close to one another, so it's easy to see how they got mixed up. I sent an email to support, the replied within 30 minutes and they overnighted the 9mm belt, it arrived in less than 24 hours. Problem solved! Great service!

KB3D has been my go to vendor for just about everything printer related. They are appropriately priced and their product doesn't set at their shipping department waiting on USPS to pick it up. in most cases if i order on sunday its usually out the door by monday evening on its way to me. By them not using USPS i get my product in half the time it takes other vendors who use USPS.
