KB3D was great and Chris was very patient and helpful. He provided what turned out to be great advice on my first build. I am very happy that I ordered my Voron 2.4R2 LDO Rev D kit through KB3D.

Quick delivery and only place that had…

Quick delivery and only place that had what I wanted, all others were out of stock within an hour of the product being up for sale.
Only way it could be better is if the parts were free, all wars in the world stopped and peace was a reality for all
But until then, thanks for selling me printer parts.

UPDATE:
All fixed, Kris from KB3D worked with UPS and ended up re-shipping the order.
Superb attention to customer satisfaction.

PREVIOUS:
I got no email confirming my purchase.
The online view of my order has no details lines, so no listing of what I purchased.
The order has been held up at customs as they want $469 AUD for import fees, because you put a value docket on the delivery of over $2000 US. In australia, imports under $1000 AUD are not charged Import fees. The actual amount you charged me was $394.02 US.
This is a complete cluster fruck!

If my order doesn't get through Australian customs (because you screwed the paperwork), I'd like to be refunded for my purchase please.
