Once we resolved a problem with MY email (Had to switch to my other account) information swiftly was exchanged and the goods arrived by the end of the week.

Awesome service. Needed a part that was missing on Christmas morning, few days later on my doorstep. Very responsive on the phone and they saved Christmas for my son. Definitely shopping on this site in the future.

Reached out as a shot in the dark looking for a part for my 9 year old's printer after struggling to get a response from the manufacturer. The part is on backorder everywhere I can find to look. Partsbuilt went above and beyond to assist, and sent the part from one of their models. Saved the day!
