Katchakid Arvostelua

Easy, quick and friendly.

We had a great experience working with Chris at Katchakid. He was prompt, communicated very clearly throughout the process, and took the time to walk us through all of our options.

Despite several obstacles, Chris came up with a practical and elegant solution for our pool fencing, working thoughtfully around every challenge. He was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We are very pleased with the outcome and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless, professional experience.

Chris did a great job! Clear directions & instructions. Would recommend!

Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot and help me with ensuring my pool was clean and ready for the cover. I highly recommend Matt and Katchakid.

Sales guy (Bob Stirton) was great. Answered all questions, followed up and did exactly as he promised. Mike the lead installer was also terrific, great communicator, good suggestions on specific layout. Very efficient with a good crew and clean up.

We had an amazing experience. Cindy and Matt are top notch to work with, and the product is just as a consumer would hope for. Great Value, Great Product, and great experience.

Chris was kind and professional! Did an excellent job, couldn't be happier with the result!

From start to finish, this was a very easy process. I was very grateful for the person who explained our options to us as we were figuring out what would be best for our home. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. When they were scheduled to come to our home for installation, Efren was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service overall and we are very happy with our net. We feel very grateful knowing that our pool is secure.

Love this company!! Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to take action. Cover went on today and I cant say enough good things about Matt! Awesome experience!

Chris was super professional in both his installation and product knowledge. I know I slowed him down at least an hour asking questions and going off on tangents. Do yall know how many kids and grandkids he has? I know. Get him talking about his family and his eyes light up.

Chris B. Was very professional with his work! Our katchakid fence/gate looks great and would highly recommend for anyone with a pool.

My 2 year old child climbed our pool fence and luckily we were outside when it happened. The safest product on the market is a Katchakid net. Very helpful staff and quick install.

Matt was quick and so helpful in explaining how the pool cover goes on and off. Thank you!

We finally decided to get a cover this year and after doing our research, decided on Katchakid. The whole process has been smooth and seamless. Mat did an excellent job with our installation and instruction. It will be so nice to keep our pool free of leaves and debris this year, especially when we're out of town.

The install went well. There is one area where concrete chipped when drilling and needs a small patch. Also, crew didn't have push broom and left mud throughout the yard. I spent 2 hours cleaning the concrete surface from the mud they tracked. The net itself is good and seems sturdy.

Our experience with Katchakid was so great from beginning to end. Kristie is always quick to answer any questions we have and was lovely to work with. Andrew did the installation. He was efficient and did a beautiful job! He took his time explaining how the katchakid net worked and made sure to answer my questions. Would give more stars if I could! Thank you for the peace of mind! 🙏🏼

Chris and Fabian were great. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, worked hard and efficiently, and installed a great product. Thanks guys.

It was very easy to get a quote and schedule an installation with no high pressure selling. (I will decline services I want and go to someone else if I feel I am being pressured.) We had gotten the information many months ago but had other priorities at that time. When I contacted Dave so many months later, he got back to me quickly and got the ball rolling. The installer, Rogelio, was very nice, personable, efficient and informative on the use and care of the cover. Administrative staff is also very nice and easy to deal with.
All around great experience. Wish every company we deal with would be like Katchakid.

Only been here 4 months, spent several ours removing oak leaves from my pool, Had a leaf mesh cover installed, and it will save me hours and money this winter, ordering and install, top notch, give these guys a call...thanks Ron

Matt was punctual, professional, did an amazing job instructing us on the process of removing and replacing our net and cover and was very helpful answering the questions we had. His kind and positive attitude was very much appreciated.
