Katchakid Arvostelua

100% satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing the KatchaKid pool safety fence. On the sales side Kyeema was so pleasant, professional, and helpful. She followed up on the quote and installation schedule and stayed on top of it. Chris the installer was very friendly, professional, informative, and did a great job of installation. When he left the yard was picked up and clean. Very satisfied with the quality and appearance. I previously used KatchaKid for a pool safety net about 25 years ago.

The whole process was super easy.
Matt was great to deal with from scheduling the initial fit all the way to the installation.Matt gave me a demo and made sure I was comfortable with how to use the cover and how to care for it.No more leaves in my pool gives me more time to work on my race car Thanks again I Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Katchakid. Matt came on install day and he arrived early within the window of time they gave us. Once installed he walked us through everything in detail. It brings such a huge peace of mind knowing that we have this added layer of protection for my 2 year old.

Chris is a great man. He explained things clearly, did a great job if installing the fence and cleaned up after himself thoroughly.

Muy buena experiencia en el rubro los mejores

Chris B was very professional, efficient and the fence looks and works great! I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a fence

Excellent installation and instruction on the net product. Matt did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

First the install went very smooth. I'm over the moon happy with my choice. Matt the installer was fantastic and very professional in his installation and instructions.

Chris, the individual who did the work installing the gate and fence, sealed the deal with my wife & me. I now will highly recommend Katch a Kid to my friends. The quality of the fence material and hardware is outstanding and Chris delivered a high quality workmanship that makes it even better. Chris is a very kind, authentic & warm individual. As an example when Jill & I had a concern about the color of the mesh fence to be installed he immediately helped address our concern. It was a misunderstanding on my part. He provided keen insight as to how best to place an anchoring fence post in a tight corner of our house involving chimney, a window & the house siding. Chris’s 35 years of experience is a tremendous asset for Katch a Kid. Nothing beats having extensive field experience with this product and more importantly his high character qualities Chris has dealing with customers face to face. Anyone who deals with customers, especially face to face, knows what I’m talking about. I give a big thumbs up to Katch a Kid, Mason and especially Chris. Thank you

Chris and his team were professional and did an amazing job installing our katch-a-kid pool fence. I am very pleased with our pool fence and pool net. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent communication, timely responses, easy transaction. Matt and Jaime did a fantastic job. Were incredibly happy with the transaction and the product

Great installer, showed install and removal procedures. Shook my hand, said have a great day.

The Katchakid process from the first phone call to follow up after install has been extremely smooth and positive. The pool net is exactly what a Gradma’s house needed, allowing some safety but not obstructing the function of my backyard 24-7.

Katchkid was the only organization that responded to my inquiry promptly. In addition, working with Matt was great. He is professional and did a great job measuring and installing the pool cover. He also explained thoroughly the process to remove the cover. Cover looks awesome.
Also Charla and the Lewisville office personnel were great to work with.

Matt was on time, explained the process and answered all my questions.

My Katchakid net installation was just completed. Chris and Fabian did an outstanding job of putting it together and explaining how it goes on and comes off. They were very patient with me and extremely professional. The area is clean and immaculate and I am beyond pleased with the result—I highly recommend!!!

Matt was great! Provided us with a lot of knowledge about our new cover.

Matt was great. We needed help this year to put on our 11 year old cover that by the way is still is great shape. He had to replace a couple extensions hooks but was done in less than hour time on a large pool. Much quicker than my husband & I doing it together and he made it look a lot easier!! Matt was early for the appt, very polite, kind and professional. Will gladly pay to have this done again next year. Thank you for a great job, Matt!!!!

Matt was great! Efficient and explained the whole set up. Helped me figure out where to best put the door and cleaned up the area afterwards!
