Katchakid Arvostelua

We moved into a home with a pool and were nervous about the aesthetics of adding a fence, but wanted to add one for safety. We found Katchakid and the consultation process was super helpful - I appreciate that they took the time to come out to the pool and advise on best options before we made any decisions. For the day of installation, we were so grateful that Matt built a great fence as well as went above and beyond in his service to leave our yard exactly as it looked before we started the fence process. He checked in with us throughout the installation and walked us through everything at the end. He thought of everything, even the future if/when we want to take the fence down. The fence looks great, will keep kid safe, and working with the company was easy from sales to billing to execution. We’ll be recommending Katchakid to all our neighbors with pools.

Everyone at Katchakid was so pleasant to speak with and arrange for the Katchakid safety net set up. Instillation was quick and the net is extremely secure. Efren did excellent work and was very thorough in demonstrating how to take on and off the safety net. Thank you!

Matt did a fantastic job installing our net & made sure everything worked great and that we know how to take the net off and put it back on.

Beyond grateful for our installer Matt and Katchakid as a whole. We have 3 kiddos and I’ve had this constant worry about their safety since building our pool in 2025. After a recommendation from a close friend as well as our pool builder we did our research on Katchakid and decided to pull the trigger. Peace of mind is priceless when you have young children. Thank you Katchakid for the phenomenal product. And thank you Matt for the stellar install/care of our home!

Chris was a great installer, thorough and very detailed when explaining the net and best practices. I was able to get the net off the hot tub last night in 2 minutes and back on in half that time.

Carlos, the installer, did an excellent job. He was meticulous and completed the work in a timely manner, after which he answered all my questions.

The entire experience was great! Jaime, the install technician, was very detailed and thorough. I am happy we now have the peace of mind with this added layer of safety for our grandbabies! 😊

Communication was great! The installation was quick and the net looks nice and tidy. Happy to have this safety measure!

Chris and Fabian were professional and efficient. They communicated everything to me before, during and throughout the process. Any concerns or worries I had were put at ease and solutions were found. They were a true pleasure to work with.

Matt was friendly, professional & explained everything well. It was a pleasure to talk with him.

Took time installing and teaching how to use the pool net appropriately

Chris B was professional and very informative! Kept me in the loop on any modifications and gave good suggestions for placement. Thanks Chris!!

I am a repeat customer, my first Katch A Kid pool cover lasted a very long time. The new order was quick and easy, I highly recommend.

Matt and Cindy were very helpful in getting our net and cover on our pool! Very polite and prompt! Everything looks great!

Matt went above and beyond with leaf cover install
Taught me things I didn't know about my pool
Can't recommend highly enough

Matt was great. He worked hard and was so personable. We are so happy with Katchakid!

Matt was awesome! Showed up at the crack of dawn and busted his butt all day long. The process of the custom built cover was fascinating. Gave us an in depth demo and I feel like I fully understand what seemed like an extremely complicated system initially. Thanks my man!!!

Katchakid was always very responsive which was a far better experience than dealing with other fence companies. Andrew, the installer, is a rock star at his job. He let us know when he was a half hour away, went right to work after reviewing the layout, and worked until dark to get everything done in one day. The job had a lot of custom section sizes, which made it much harder, and it turned out great.
