Do not use. Waiting weeks for refund. Now being totally ignored. Disgusting company

I would give Karen Millen a zero rating if I could. They claim on their website that returns take 3-5 working days to process when the reality is that it takes at least 1 month. You never get to speak with anyone. The only way to contact them is on WhatsApp and I’m convinced it’s bots responding. Very frustrating process. AVOID!!!

Terrible customer service and goods are covered in make up with buttons missing. No response to emails and chat bot is a waste of time. Took an extra £2.99 off me at check out without warning.

Items that I ordered were poor quality and didn't fit, so returned them..... weeks later, and still no refund.....not possible to speak to an actual person, and messages from the bots on email & WhatsApp just say that the refund is being processed and get in touch again in 5 days!! They also imply that the delay is related to my bank, which is simply not true.
Wish I'd seen these reviews before I used Karen Millen, but I mistakenly trusted their name..... never again.
All I can say is do not use this company, unless you have money to burn!

Updated now 4 weeks still no refund contact Karen millen again this is what they say”Your refund for order number KUK104888554 has unfortunately failed to process. I am escalating this to our Customer Services team for further assistance. They will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.” So I have been waiting for 4 weeks still no refund”

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I placed an order for a dress and have been trying to reach your customer support team through WhatsApp, Facebook, Apple messaging, and every other available channel. Not a single agent has responded.This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I used to be a loyal customer because your service used to be reliable, especially when phone support was available. Now, I’m met with an unhelpful automated system and no real assistance whatsoever.
This lack of responsiveness is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt reply, a clear update on my order, and a resolution immediately. If I do not hear back soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
Everyone please do not order from this company.

Karen Millen customer service is disgusting, no refund for 3 weeks and only a robot anwear when trying to make contact. DO NOT BUY FROM KAREN MILLEN!!!!!!!!!

Awful experience with delivery, returns and customer service. I won’t use the site again.

My issues were that:
1) High value items arrived damaged.
2) You can’t speak to customer service. No one from customer service replied to the query I sent to via email to KM 21 days ago.
3) I was charged a return fee for returning damaged items.
4) I haven’t been refunded for the damaged items I returned 21 days ago.
5) I have tried to get in contact with Karen Millen via WhatsApp and was told there would be a lengthy delay to investigate.

I bought five dresses abut a month ago and returned 4 of them in early November but still no refund received and the only customer service is a robot. Very poor customer service for what used to be a premium brand. As an aside, the fit on the dresses is also poor and unflattering. Won't shop with KM again sadly.

I think their returns team are operated by robots ! Extremely bad . I’ll never shop online with Karen Millen . I’m asking one question which is to understand why my refund - which I’ve yet to receive - is £6 less than I paid originally . I paid the return fee . Totally frustrating

When you return an item the default setting is to ask for store credit, once you click accept there is no way back to change it, even if you haven't finish the return.
Now KM refuses to give me a refund and is "forcing me" to use the store credit and don't want to. What is worse the credit has a use by date, so if you don't use it you lose. My refund is £300 so not a minor amount.
The fact you cannot speak with someone, text replies in Wapp are rude...I was a loyal customer and now will never shop in KM again.
What I will do: Will shop again using all my credit (10% extra you gave...) then do another return, this time making sure I ask for a refund. Result: I will win 10%, you will pay for shipping, (twice), you will pay for processing the return and you will lose a customer...this is not a sustainable way to do business.

Seems this is an ongoing thing and they don’t refund you….. I’ve seen reviews like this everywhere now I’m experiencing the same! I would recommend not spending your heard earnt money here.

For an upmarket and expensive brand I’d expect more.

I bought two items and returned one. I requested a voucher as a refund! I know very nice of me! And I’ve never received my voucher! So I’ve lost £50 quid in the mix by doing this!

I have no option. I’m 6ft2 and refuse to wear anything else so I’m greatly upset that my pretty much only choice in clothing operates like this!

I boycott the moment a company does something like this as it’s basically theft. So please get in touch with me about my returned item and non existent refund. I’m infuriated it’s been a month!!!

I needed a dress for my friend's wedding and really like one of Karen Millen and it was on sale as well. I liked the dress so much that ignored bad reviews. The dress arrived and it is stunning, true to size. I payed for DPD delivery since I never had a problem with DPD. Everything arrived on time. Didn't have to deal with customer service since everything else went smoothly, so can't comment on that. But can confirm that I was happy with design, size and quality of the dress

I will never use Karen Millen again. I have waited now 3 weeks for a refund and always the same answer when contacting them. My order is being processed!

You can’t ring them which is very frustrating.

Terrible customer service you can only contact them either by what’s app, facebook or apple message and they do not respond.
Do not buy from this company totally shocking service and can’t raise a complaint with any supervisor.
They are taking our money and breaching Consumer Rights Act 2015 and getting away with it.

The worst customer service I've ever received.
I purchased a coat online in early October and sent it back the day after for a refund, following their online returns process.

I received an email that the item was received one month later, on 2 November, and have not received any communication regarding when the refund will be processed. When talking to them on Whatsapp, they say that the refund is "processing" and, after following up again on the status of the refund, have now been told that there is "some issue" with my return. I even disputed the payment via PayPal who awarded in my favour and they still haven't refunded me.

I will never shop here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, unless you want to spend a month following up to get your money back.

Ordered berry knee length coat size 12. Black colour arrived with the barcode label noting it is berry. Reached out to what's app which is a joke. Just sent me link to return. Requested to change to size 10 but they can't do that. Issue still not resolved and this has been my worst customer experience with any company. I will ensure its communicated to all friends and family.

Absolutely beyond any words trying to get a refund. Returnd in September and yes guess what I'm still waiting for my money back. Just keep getting the same text... your refund is in our system......
