this company is scam, never refunded for my return 3 months now

I immediately sent my expensive item back as it was too big and I am still waiting for my refund , 15 days later..I have not received any confirmation that my refund is being processed despite sending customer service proof of return all with all the other information they requested..I shall definitely NOT be shopping again with this company ..Sadly the quality of the garment was not satisfactory either .. Such a shame as Karen Millen used to be a luxury brand .

Returned an item and am still waiting for a refund. It's a joke. No way to contact customer service. I have been on to Debenhams as they are part of the same group. Still no joy. I will not be buying from here again. So angry as the item was expensive.

Ordered 3 items and only received 2. Raised the issue with customer service they sustained that from their CCTV all 3 items were sent and delivered in the same parcel and they closed the case.
As if I am lying .. all I know is that I have paid for an item that I did not receive!! I m raising the issue with PayPal. Also I ordered from Karen Millen website but the customer service who replied to my email is boohoo …

Zero customer service. No way to find an order number which was never sent. So no way to make a return. Absolutely furious. I work in the costume department for film and we buy and return in thousands and this is the worst online returning experience ever.

Predatory upselling practices for delivery protection.
Customer service take ages replying and then claim orders cannot be amended once they have been processed.

Absolutely dreadful!! Been bitten twice by them. Paid £5.95 for a dress to be delivered within 4 days and 7 days later the dress still hasn’t arrived plus they charged me an extra £4:95 for delivery protection that I didn’t opt for! I’ve tried to contact them in so many different ways to no avail!!

Karen Millen refuse to refund my monies despite their written statements that will refund to my original payment method claiming that I requested a credit voucher which I have never asked for.
I have copies /screenshots of them saying they will refund to my original card. They have not.

This is a scam.

I have now reported them to Citizens Advice Bureau and also make a chargeback claim with bank.

I will also proceed reporting them to other legal agencies for investigation.

Appalling customer service. They added an insurance product to my order and I noticed it on the email confirmation of my order. I then emailed them and they proceeded to refuse to refund it even though it wasn’t me who added it. They said it’s my responsibility to remove it from the invoice before confirming. They have lost a customer as although this was once a premium clothing brand - this is not premium service.

Been waiting 10 days for an item on a 2-5 day delivery. There's no phone number provided. I've messaged but the bot responed saying i need to wait until it's two weeks late before they will look into it.

Karen millen are scamming and unlawful , upon returning all my items I was subject to £44.68 fee for a “seel” charge , this apparently is added to all check out orders that apply and you have to “OPT OUT” , if you miss this tiny tick box underneath all the jargon at check out you don’t opt out you are subject ti this cost to cover Insurance for your parcel!!!, it’s clearly a scam and Karen Millens way of catching Customers out passing the cost to insure the order onto the customer rather than them , customer service are 0 help and do not care even if you clearly haven’t used any of this “seel” benefit !

I’ve been chasing my refund now for 3 weeks and I’m getting tired going through the request now i can see I’m on a long journey of getting my money back. This is my third time of ordering and definitely will be the last I’ve already unsubscribe from the mailing list just water my money back then I delete the account. The first two orders were kept so did not know that they are criminals. Need to start letting people know that they don’t refund customers money. Avoid at all cost I’ve never seen a store that take weeks or months to do a refund.

I’ve just had nearly £300 returned as a credit rather than a refund to my card - they’re saying I should have selected the refund and it’s too late now. But it must not have been clear as I would never have selected a credit which has to be used in 72 days! Not long enough at all.

I returned my order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. Despite being told 5–10 days after return confirmation, it’s now over 10 days, and customer service gives vague answers with empty promises.
Karen Millen used to be a high-end, reputable brand, but now it feels cheap, careless, and unreliable. Completely disappointing! Will not buy from them again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have to tried to shop with them for a couple of years. Returns are hassle and you have to fight to get a refund. The quality of the clothing has gone seriously downhill for the prices charged wrong sizes are sent and then they won’t honor the sale price paid to send the correct size. I paid for a one year premium membership which they decided to no longer honor after 6 months. No refund for the membership price paid. Trying to get help is frustrating . You can only send a text and there is not continuity as it takes 24 hours to get a response so you can’t have fluid conversation with a single person. Stay away!

I placed an order over a month ago and returned the whole order the next day (a month ago today). I have been waiting for a refund of £800 since then. I have been messaging them daily and they have just told me to be patient as they’re dealing with my refund. I am not sure what to do. Don’t order from them, they are an absolute disaster.

I ordered a really expensive coat and when it arrived it was covered in what looked like human hair . I didn’t even try it on it was 270.00 , clearly hadn’t been quality checked. Also creased and stuffed into a small plastic bag. I returned it immediately. The tracking told me they received it back on the 10th of February. On the 23rd I contacted them to be told I would have to wait until the 25th before I could escalate ! I did this yesterday and have now been told 5-7 days for a refund ! Actually shocked at the downfall of a once brilliant company ! Oh and to top it off , was charged to return the dirty coat !

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Disgraceful service and I would never purchase from them again. Real shame as Karen Millen used to be a reputable company.

I had no idea they would automatically refund me £120 with a e gift card !!! There is nothing I buy from this store and I am certain there never will be! The consumer rights are being violated!!
