I took a lot of time to answer the surveys. When I finally have enough points to get an reward, the e-card number was not good in the shop concerned. What interest for us to lose time without having rewards ? I ask them about, I had no answer !
Other surveys institutes are more serious than Kantar.

I was told the survey was about crime and the police, but that is not true, The survey started of very well, It took too long I had to end the survey, I find the people that take the survey are very nosy, how can you ask people about their jobs qualifications etc what I do . Its not your business I could not answer all the questions its too long still after an hour, I was asked to continue on the lap top I refused,I ended the survey, its survey not a job interview that how it looks, I advise people do not do. It I do not like to give out my personal details. I will never fill in any other surveys. The lady went on for too long

Still haven't received my rewards for taking part in the drink diary other than that I have no problems

Nie polecam,marny wybór nagród za ankiety,doładowan do tel nie ma chyba już trzy miesiące albo dłużej,nikt nie potrafi sensownie odpowiedzieć kiedy będą,ciągle podają inne terminy i obiecują,że lada chwila,kpina z panelistów

Jeden z najgorszych paneli ankieterskich z którym mam niestety doczynienia. Znikoma ilość ankiet do wypełniania. Słabe nagrody - karta Empik lub przelew na tel i to trzeba aż uzbierać 1000 punktów na jedną z nich. Brak doładowań od czerwca (zdarza się to bardzo często odkąd u nich jestem) Najpierw miały być do wakacji, później do końca lipca i nastała cisza. Mijają 3 miesiące i dalej nic. Nie odpisują na emaile ani nie odbierają telefonu. Mają Panelistów tam gdzie plecy kończą swoją szlachetną nazwę. Firma nierzetelna, nieuczciwa. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem. Nie polecam!!!

Still waiting on receiving my incentive. Many emails back and forth and they suddenly can't locate me on the database. Absolute joke, don't waste your time completing the survey as you never receive your reward.

I got this survey through the post. I called them up and gave the reference number and said clearly: ‘I’m on Mail preferences and telephone preferences so don’t ever send things like this to me again’. I suggest you all do the same for any survey as long as there is no legal requirement to do it. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Jak dla mnie najgorsza witryna,w porównaniu z innymi. Pkt zbiera sie ok pół roku ,a wypłaty to juz jakas paranoja na ostatnią czekam od 21.06 i nawet nie zaksiegowana,a podobno ksiegują ok 5 tego i ok 21 ,a tak naprawdę kiedy im się zechce..Polecam ysense lub voissy do których nawet nie maja startu...Wreszcie 07 podobno zaksiegowali ,tylko szkoda,że kasy dalej na koncie brak,chyba listonosz teraz rozwozi,bo podobno dostawców zmieniają,brak słów ,nie warto sie tam nawet rejestrować najlepsze jest to,że to oficjalna firma i jakies prestizowe nagrody dostaj,no cóz taki mamy teraz świat porypany..Oszust na oszuscie i oszustem pogania...Ha ha ha ,jak im trochę pojechałem na facebooku to napisali,że im przykro jeszcze bardziej niz mi i mnie zablokowali ,tylko potwierdzili w ten sposób moje słowa

Completed a survey on behalf of the government. At the end opted for an Amazon voucher and just like all the other people I never received one.

As others have mentioned, I completed a survey on the promise of gift card for sainsburys. I received an email with a gift card that had a barcode but when I went to the shop they said it wouldn’t work!

Kantar own an app called Shoppix I have complained to them as Shoppix have disabled my account
I had sent them numerous emails about my promised points which obviously were too much trouble to answer. Easier to disable my account Have put a complaint into kantar about this but no reply from either Shoppix or kantar

I had joined a beverage study provided by Kantar on January 27, 2023 and a representative of the company contacted me through the phone to verify personal information, she remind me to download an app called Kantar Scope while ensuring me that full participation from February 6 - February 19 would earn me $35 Visa Pre-Paid card.

I recorded all of my sessions until completion, later Kantar sent me an email appreciating my work for them and advised me to delete their app. However, they didn't compensate me in the end.

I would recommend anybody to report them and don't accept their surveys. These people are actual scammers.

The company is not to be trusted server down over weekend appointment canceled? and is your date really safe? Survey takes around 1.45 hours and the Lady who came was very cold and no empathy.
At the end of the survey I was given a leaflet "Thank You and Goodbye"in the leaflet it said we hope that you found this experience enjoyable.
It was the worst survey that I have ever done the questions on the laptop that I had to do were a complete Joke must have been for a 10 to 15 year old boring and Nonsensical and some like those nasty I.Q testes that we did at 10 years old.
You are promised a gift card of £75 never received for taking part and will properly never come?
My advise to any one reading this is don't do it even if you are tempted by the gift card there are better ways of getting £75

Consumer Opinion Institute is now using this company to get payment for their mail in surveys. Completed the survey a week ago. Registered for my $10 Amazon card on January 25,2023. Got my confirmation said wait at least 48 hours for e card to arrive by email it never showed up. I have messaged them 3 times over 2 days and they will not respond. Five days later no response or gift card. Run as fast as you can. They are a SCAM!

It doesn't just apply to this company but my most recent experience was with this company and companies like this lure you into doing surveys with the promise of a reward but also leave demographics questions for the end of the surveys, questions that could disqualify you from getting paid because they are looking for a specific group of people to take these surveys. It's a waste of time to let people who ultimately get disqualified and not paid to take a survey that takes 15 or 20 minutes when you could put all of the disqualifying questions at the beginning and disqualify people who don't fit the criteria you are looking for. Just put the questions at the beginning.

It cost me money to be part of the Kantar Unex survey. They wanted me to pay the cost to receive a package from a different country, writing that they would cover the expenses afterwards. They sent the money, but I only received some of it, because they didn’t consider the cost of the transfer via the bank. I ended up only receiving 2/3 of my expenses. Stay far away from this company.

They first contacted me with an invitation letter, promising a reward for filling out a questionnaire online. But then they didn't send the reward, so I contacted their service. I told them upfront, until I've received my reward, I won't participate in any more questionnaires. Months and months later, after multiple emails, they finally sent not the promised reward, but an adequate alternative. Ok, I thought, maybe I was just unlucky.

So, the next time they send me an invitation email to a questionnaire, I participated again. But behold, AFTER I answered all their questions, I got a message along the line of "we have enough data of people that have your profile."

That's it. No reward. You answer, put in the time and effort, and then they basically claim AFTER you're done that they don't need your data (but I can very well imagine they still grab it) and you get nothing. The reward is not for the time you invest, but for providing "good data", which criteria you don't know. Essentially, they can collect tons of data, without giving out one single reward.

I don't think that's the practice of a reputable survey company.
