Betrug!!!!! Ich bekam einen Brief wo kein Inhalt drin war. Dann war ein Paket bei der Post für welches ich 5€ Zoll bezahlen musste. Und welch ein Wunder, das Paket war leer. Mit leeren Seiten. Das ist BERUG! Und jetzt bekam ich wieder einen Brief wo man nochmal Zoll zahlen müsste, diesmal falle ich nicht mehr auf eure Masche rein!!!!!

Kantar is a scandal organisation. They offered me a £10 gift card for completing a survey, I completed the survey and I was awarded a voucher for love to shop, but the voucher was not actually issued to me, all I got was a bogus email saying that the voucher had been ordered. The customer service is terrible! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Thanks based on reviews weren’t accept invitation to join. FAQ questions give you no idea how many hours equals a £10 voucher which is a bad sign as you want to know.

I was asked to do a social media app review. I've have professional experience with Apple TestFlight and CX in my previous job so I expected it to be a good experience giving feedback to help shape the app. For $15 I expected to spend an hour doing a basic test and survey. It took 4 hours, and over 3 days! The survey was not professionally designed. The survey was very difficult to complete as it is not designed to painfully upload 30 historical screenshots from my local file manager.

I wouldn't recommend doing any surveys with Kantar because the staff are not experienced in market research. They kept sending emails for more requirements and changes.

Received an official letter? Invitation only? Googled it. Read the reviews and I concur.

Signed up for Origin TV Panel - worst experience of my life. Installed it manually no problem. But now I'm doing it for free because nobody at Kantar will sort the login details for the panel. So they've wasted their and my time. I'm currently on email 14 and phone call number 6 - all tell me different things and all can't resolve anything whatsoever.

Please do not sign up to this unless you can deal with the stress of it.

Das Gebaren grenzt an Betrug. Man nimmt unter Aufwendung von viel Zeit an Umfragen teil, die vielleicht mit 2 oder 3 EUR Stundenlohn vergütet werden. Im Nachhinein werden einem diese wenigen EURO noch ohne stichhaltige Begründung wieder abgezogen. Sorry, das grenzt nicht an Betrug, das ist BETRUG! Ich war 12 Jahre dort Mitglied. Außer im letzten Jahr gab es nie Probleme. Bis man anfing seine Kunden mit o. g. Masche zu hintergehen. Dann hat man mich einfach zur Löschung meines Accounts gedrängt. Ich war immer gerne Mitglied bei lifepoints und bedauere den Umgang mit mir als Kunden sehr. Leider habe ich bisher auf mehr als 3 Mails an die Geschäftsleitung nichts außer eine Lesebestätigung erhalten.
Ich bin gesprächsbereit und würde Ihnen sogar eine zweite Chance geben! Also wie sieht es aus!

We received 1, despite sending emails chasing them up and providing the details Kantar requested but in reality already had. This has been going on since early December 23.
Their last emailed response was so badly written and irrelevant that I think they're trying to put me off.

Kantar are working for the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and are part of WPP, one of the biggest advertising and media organisations in the world.

Given my experience, and looking at other reviews, it seems a possibility that the taxpayer has passed £10 to this company for each survey filled out, but they have failed to pass this on in all but a very few cases?
If this is the case, where's the taxpayers cash?
Does anyone in the government department give a hoot?
I know it's only loads of taxpayers money, but what on earth could motivate the government department staff who're responsible to ignore this?
I couldn't guess.

Completed questionnaire 18/12/23, voucher still not received despite sending reminders and no response from Kantar so far.

I logged in by postal invitation and followed instructions and was asked to log in again. I was told repeatedly that my details were wrong. I have no assurance they are genuine and will not cooperate any further. Ive only seen bad reviews about them so I assume they are scammers.

They never pay back out of pocket money. Looks like big scamners. Do not pay any money out of your pocket. You will not get them back.
