Scam company. I have no idea how the government commission this company to run surveys on the pretence they reward these with vouchers. They quite simply do not reward anyone and my suspicion is they fulfil a sizeable quota and get paid by HM government but do so by lying to the public. I have followed their instructions for supposed vouchers and been fobbed off multiple times over the past few weeks with the same replies. Do not expect anything from them, you will not receive anything.

Basically imo they are legalised scammers taking coin from the government. Promising monies to the public to fill out questionnaires and not paying out to the form fillers

Did surveys but they changed something on the site and my points disappeared, I emailed them and they told me my points would be back in a couple of months. After months of waiting I had to get in contact with them again and was told this time I had nothing in my account. They did me out of all my points so I did the surveys for nothing. I told them to unsubscribe me. Would not recommend them

I've done quite a few surveys and always received my vouchers as promised so I'm disappointed that I didn't receive my voucher as promised for my most recent survey, not only that but nobody has responded to my email.

I got hounded to complete a HM Government survey. I ignored the first 2 letters as I simply didn’t have the time. I then had a pushy woman knock on the door, who put a lot of emphasis of how she was there on “behalf of the government.” I advised her I could not do the survey then as I was busy working from home. I then got a 3rd letter and she called round again a week or so later. I wasn’t actually in but she spoke to one of my children with the same inflated self-importance about being there for the government. They clearly use this blurb to try and intimidate people into completing the survey but I happen to be (directly) employed by a government department so that didn’t work on me. I eventually completed the survey just because I was sick of the letters and this obnoxious woman. Lo and behold, I had the exact same experience as most of the other reviewers, the promised vouchers didn’t arrive.
My advice is if this company knocks on your door, tell them you are not interested and if the knock on your door again, you will report them for harassment. Wish I had done that.

Completed the crime survey and was sent out of date Sainsburys vouchers. Contacted Kantar using 3 different methods but no reply, so disappointing..

Done 3 lots of surveys what appeared to be legit. got confirmation of said vouchers but advised they were not the actual vouchers just an order confirmation. Still waiting for said vouchers to come through. Obviously a scam. UPDATE: after a couple of weeks, i emailed customer service and i think due to how many people filled out the survey they were struggling to keep up demand. After chasing up, they emailed vouchers within a couple of days. Good customer service once over the initial delay

Over the past month, we've ignored their opening letter. Then later ignored their second more pressurised 'respond' letter. And now will ignore a thick 'large letter' with, again, HM Government plastered all over it (to make it look like it's legit and/or even endorsed/supported by our government ..maybe it is, but even so) and a huge wad of forms to complete with a paid for reply envelope.
Look. If we were interested in filling in a non-compulsory 'arts' survey and receiving a dubious shopping voucher as reward for doing so, then we would have done it. We're NOT interested, however, so stop forcing the issue, and LEAVE US ALONE.

Done the survey. Said I would be directed to a website to choose a shopping voucher. At end of survey said wait to receive a email with regards to the voucher. 4 weeks have passed and no voucher or email. Complete con company. Don’t do there surveys.

Avoid. Someone from Kantar knocked on our door yesterday at 5pm and claimed we’d been opted in to a TfL survey, from whom we should have received a letter. When we probed him about Kantar he became increasingly aggressive and at the same time more vague. He seemed determined to keep us talking, so before long we just said no and closed the door. We’ve looked up Kantar since and glad we followed instincts.

Complete rubbish this company, received a letter appearing to have all the "legit" HMRC logo's and everything and yes, they may be listed on the .gov website as a "research partner" which just proves that any unethical company can get in bed with the government. So they basically send me physical mail opting me in automatically to their surveys, then the responsibility becomes mine to contact them on the number they listed 08000510886 only to find out that number is not in service. The email address they provide on the same letter that we should contact ********@k****r.com indicates that kantar.com is their legitimate domain. Visiting that brings you to a marketing website that list a phone number +44 (0)20 7656 5700, conveniently this number is also out of service. quite ironic that a company wanting to gather massive amount of data via a survey, is not even competent to ensure their primary telephone numbers work? So basically there is no way left for the people receiving these trash letters to op-out unless you dumb enough to email the above mentioned email address only to end up exposing your email address for more spam? GDPR is your only option to deal with these fools.

This company owns lifepoints panel. Given my experience with lifepoints, I apply the same irate feedback to Kantar.

Current users of lifepoints or those considering signing up, beware that your account will be shut down eventually. Lifepoints will seem like a great survey sight at first, and with a great deal of diligence and time, you can accumulate quite a bit in points to redeem for gift cards. However, they will suddenly lock you out of your account. You'll ask customer support what's going on and they'll give you the same exact rubbish reason of "not meeting quality standards or membership requirements" that is being used with other users who've experienced the lock out situation. It's a blanket statement they hide behind to avoid giving you access to your points for any future redemption. User beware and avoid. Many survey sites are starting to employ this tactic - unbelievably shady and unfair to the user.

If you do sign up for lifepoints, redeem your points immediately. Do not let them accrue. You will eventually be hit with the same outcome and lose everything you've accumulated.

This is a legitimate company. Nobody has ever been scammed by Kantar - it is an official goverment approved research agency used to improve public policies and for legitimate marketing research contracts only. I appreciate some people may have had issues with their vouchers not working but this would be a fault with the company issuing them. Kantar merely conducts research on their behalf. 99% of hte vouchers do work and most the research they do is not even for companies but goverments and councils to improve policies for the general public.

I feel I had to comment as it is complete misinformation it is a scam. You can see them on the gov website under lists of trusted contracts they work with. The data is completely secure and protected. ALL questions, especially those about job, region etc are for ANALYTICAL purposes only. Every single question is up to your discretion and you can pass on any you chose.

I am part of screenwise panel and was recently sent a new internet router.
The company told me I had to have a remote session to set router up even though everything was working well.
The appointment was made for a call between 10.00 and 12.00 and was advised to have my computer turned on ready.
I managed to contact them at 12.25 to ask why no one had contacted me as agreed and was first told they had tried to ring me and then that changed to the person due to call me had gone off sick.
I asked why no one could have contacted to inform me the agent told me he was the sole agent in the office. The agent then confirmed no call was needed because all equipment was working correctly.
The company think that an apology covers everything but have no consideration for wasting peoples time

This was sold as a government survey on the arts. We ignored the first two emails sent even though it looked as if we were compelled to complete this government survey. The third request was sent by post on what looked like government headed paper. We felt pressurised to complete the survey and were promised a £10 shopping voucher. This arrived 4 weeks later in the form of a credit card which to use we had to register and £1.50 leaving only £8.50. We did not register for obvious reasons. We are amazed that our government would get involved in such a SCAM.

Kantar are a very badly organised company their communication skills are very poor. There is no consultancy between departments. I would avoid this company. Their customer service is also very poor and they are difficult to contact.

I received an email in September after responding to an email i received from the company's help desk. They explained for all the people who have done the beverage study it takes 6-8 weeks until you will receive the $35 Visa gift card. So this pleased me tremendously! I will wait and see.

If you are asked to join the panel, don't.
They claim to being doing research into how people use media and entertainment
Their equipment messes up the broadband
You won't be able to watch streaming services without the programmes lagging, buffering or crashing
It's simply not worth the hassle for £12 a month
I have told them to collect their equipment next week.

Stop it with the false advertising I did my survey about beverage for 2 weeks and I didn't get no $35 gift card SCAMMER SCAMMER!!!!!????RUN!!!!!!!!!!

Prima ti contattano, ti fanno iscrivere al panel, ti chiedono di fare foto alla cassetta delle lettere (!!!), ti mandano un sacco di lettere CON TASSE DA PAGARE...
Poi, quando inizi ad accumulare credito... ti piantano in asso perché sono "pieni nella tua zona"!!!
Insomma, si tratta di una vera e propria TRUFFA.
C'è un sacco di gente onesta là fuori.
Evitate questi TRUFFATORI come la peste!

In a first moment they contact you, they make you sign up to the panel, they ask you take photographs of your letterbox (!!!), they send you a lot of letters WITH CUSTOMS TAXES TO PAY...
And when you start to accrue credits... they get rid of you because they are "full in your zone"!!!
In short, it is a real SCAM!
There are a lot of honest people out there.
Avoid this SCAMMERS like the plague!
