Get half way through a survey then get kicked out "you do not qualify" message. Not worth my time filling out a survey then suddenly getting kicked out. Kantar wasted my time, goodbye I'm no longer filling out surveys for this company they don't pay you for your time. Avoid Kantar they will sucker you into filling out a survey then announce you do not qualify, I feel ripped off.

I didn't like the look of the Origin Panel invitation I was sent. So I checked that out and wasn't impressed. But I then went on to review Kantar and was even less impressed.
So I must leave now to tear up the letters they sent!

I took a couple of surveys on one of the rewards sites that they own (Qmee), and when I tried to cash out, they banned my account and pocketed the money.

We were using Screenwise for several.months ok then the router stopped working. I have tried about 5 times to contact them by email or online message but they just ignore me. We have now unplugged all the TV meters and uninstalled the app.
Dreadful communication.

Was working ok for a few months & we received payment. However it has stopped working & screenwise refuse to communicate to help.
Getting fed up now, too much hassle, might just bin the lot if we dont hear anything soon.

I signed up for a survey with Kantar and took the time to complete the initial steps, but I couldn’t even access the survey in the end. Despite reaching out for assistance, I received no reply from their team. The emails I did receive were poorly formatted and full of typos, which gave the whole experience an unprofessional feel. Overall, it was a frustrating waste of time.

Avant dernière carte cadeau qui a mis un mois pour arriver et plusieurs réclamations. Mais sinon, toujours reçu mon argent. Sondages assez intéressants surtout le mdv.

Invece da subito hanno iniziato a trattarmi come mittente, inviando roba che avrei dovuto spedire da un ufficio postale. Stai a vedere che faccio la fila tutti i giorni per un paio d'euro...

Comunicato loro celermente che c'era uno sbaglio, m'hanno risposto più volte "ok..." e poi continuavo a ricevere posta da spedire e istruzioni. Fino a quando qualcuno dell'assistenza s'è preso la briga di leggere bene quello che ho scritto.

(Ah, tutte queste comunicazioni avvengono all'interno del loro sito, senza alcuna copia per l'utente.)

Presa visione di ciò, quelli del panel hanno iniziato a proporre l'apparecchio da inserire nelle cassetta postale. Che ho rifiutato.

A quel punto mi hanno detto che avevano già troppi destinatari nella mia zona e che non avrei più ricevuto nulla. Che comunque avrei maturato altri punti loggando ogni settimana. Ho riscosso parte del credito maturato e continuato a loggare.

Di botto, senza ulteriori comunicazioni, né risposte ai ticket aperti, mi hanno disattivato l'account e trattenuto indebitamente gli altri crediti maturati.

Oltre a censurarne il comportamento scorretto nei confronti degli utenti che partecipano al panel, mi chiedo quale scientifica validità possano avere verifiche postali con lettere e pacchetti provenienti/diretti a un magazzino intestato proprio a una società che campa solo con ricerche sulle poste europee.
Proprio così: cercando l'indirizzo su Google Maps, si vede un bello spazio noleggiato da Kantar. Quindi tutte le Poste d'Europa sanno che la roba da e verso quell'indirizzo va trattata diversamente.
Fondi UE spesi benissimo!!

Today I confirmed that all those in charge of the matter are nothing but thieves and scammers. They lie to you and lure you into paying money and you follow their instructions. At first you earn a little money until they deceive you and you pay. After that, they simply tell you that you lost the money and until the matter is fixed, you have to pay more amounts. Things continue and you continue paying and they lure you into paying more money. They are liars. You have to be careful with them. I have all the proofs. When I contacted the person who invited me to this group, he did not respond and there was no response from them. They are thieves, liars, and deceivers. You have to be careful.

I have just received a invitation to join the survey, no thanks give up all my browsing and viewing data for a paltry pittance in vouchers so the owner of Kantar can enrich themselves to the tune of millions off the backs of others I have more self respect than to be part of this tosh.

I joined Screenwise Select over a year ago and a guy came to my house to install a device on my tv and software on my laptop. The idea was to just press a button on a remote every time I watched tv and I would get £2 a month plus £24 bonus after a year. It’s run by Kantar who, if you look them up are an utter scam. Ok I was a bit late in finding this out and after numerous attempts to get paid they are out to mess me about further. They want their hardware back but won’t pay me. It’s no use trying to ring them so you know what I shall do next if I receiv the Jiffy bag to return it all to them without payment? I too have hardware it came from a DIY shop with a wooden handle. Keep well away from KANTAR using Google as a ploy.
