Ordered two dog harnesses back at the begining of October, they supposedly shipped on the 15th. Didn't arrive by the 31st so contacted them. They claimed to have reshipped with the explanation that it was the carrier that had messed up. Still no harnesses by the 10th of novemeber. Asked for a refund and I've been told no because they have personalisation on them which is a lie. There was no personalisation added as my dog already has the velcro labels for her current harness which can be moved over to the new one and the puppy doesn't need any. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

I made the mistake of ordering a dog toy from this company, the second mistake I made was to read the reviews AFTER I placed the order.
Website states fast delivery 6-9 days.
My item arrived today, 23 days after I ordered it.
As others here have said, I emailed the company several times asking where my order was and was fobbed off, when I asked for a refund they told me it was already with the delivery company and I would receive it very soon (took another 10 days after that)
Having received the toy I am appalled by the quality of it. I won’t be giving it to my dog to play with.
It’s supposed to be a ball but was vacuum packed and completely squashed.
I could have brought something better from the Pound shop instead of wasting £15.00
Save your money and avoid this dreadful company, they clearly don’t care.

Look on Amazon before you buy from Kasimo! I could have purchased the same thing on Prime & a pound cheaper 🤦🏼‍♀️ avoiding the weeks it takes from Kasimo!

My order has finally arrived today (8th November) and I am completely unimpressed.
I placed my order on 10th October and chased it up via email after the 12-16 days expected delivery had passed. I was instantly fobbed off with, “Your order has been shipped.”, with a reminder that it takes 12-16 days 🙄. So, they obviously hadn’t looked into my query at all. I replied telling them that despite being shipped, it was past the 12-15 days and their shipping partner hadn’t even received the item yet, according to the tracking link. Immediately after, I sent a 3rd email requesting a refund. Their response, was to tell me a replacement item had already been shipped. Already shipped a replacement for an item they didn’t even know was missing until I spoon fed them the information, as they hadn’t bothered to look into it! Amazing!!!
Well, the “ball” (dog treat ball) has finally turned up today - vacuum packed. It is squashed and not returning to a ball shape anytime this century. I will NEVER order from this company again. Shoddy product and shoddy customer service

Still have not received my order. Have asked numerous times for an update and just keep being told it's coming or it's not their fault that it hasn't arrived and that it is the shipper....clearly it's their fault as my contract is with them! Have opened a fraudulent charge with my credit card provider.

Ordered on 10th OCT, it's now 31st and STILL nothing has arrived. Emailed them 4 times, and no reply to ANY emails. Then a week later, got 2 emails today saying "your order has been updated with new shipping information" but nothing else!! Have opened a case with paypal!

I placed my order on the 3rd of October and emailed the so called company who replied with its being processed still not received it. Why does this so called company get away with scamming people and nothing gets done.

I ordered my item 2 and a half weeks ago and still havent received it! I have asked for a refund and was told that it wasnt possible as the order had been processed. Not impressed Think these are scammers so beware

I emailed for return they told me my pets were at fault for the collars not working now ignoring all communication

Ordered weeks ago had nothing
Do not buy from here emailed
But still nothing arrived
I hate scammers. Never again will I be sucked in it wasn’t cheap anyway
STAY AWAY is my advice

Ordered 9th October. Had email last week to say items shipped but not told who is delivering it or when . No updates from company and no answer to emails. Buyer beware beginning to think its a scam .Its now 15 th Nov. Had email to say shipping company lost my items. And basically beening fobbed off . Glad I bought them on credit card and will be claiming money back. Do not buy from this company and if I see any adverts for it I will be leaving comments so others are warned its a scam.
