Kansimo are a shocking company. Ordered a dog toy which looked great in the pictures. After 2 weeks nothing arrived. Messaged their customer services who were rude and unhelpful. Package arrived a few days later from CHINA. Awful quality product which did not function correctly and was not getting near my dog. Tried to return the item and was told it was be at my expense and it had to go to SWEDEN even though they claim to be UK based. No refund and crap product. In the bin. Avoid.

The same here. Scam !!!!!!! Don't buy from them , selling online and never receive the order but getting paid for it .
Going to Ombudsman , total shamble !

What an absolute joke of a company.

I placed an order on 6th Feb. Never arrived. emailed only to be fobbed off with it rakes 10-12 business days as stated on website, which it isn't.
Chased again today to request a full refund. I doubt I will get one. Imagine how much h money this company are making from people and not fulfilling their commitment.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not received item. Chased in an email but no further along. No tracking update. Feel like I’ve been scammed.

As so many previous reviews have said....do not buy from this company. There were no reviews when I ordered my snufflemaster dog toy from Facebook believing it to be quick delivery from the UK. After a month and many emails later I was sent a useless random tracking number just to shut me up I presume. The item eventually arrived but was flat packed, broken and useless cheap rubbish from China that looked fit for the bin only. I contacted them and after several more emails, eventually was offered a 30%refund or replacement. I asked for the replacement which as expected never arrived!
I opened a dispute with PayPal to try to get a refund. The 'company' responded saying they would refund me if I returned it to them at my cost. The return address is a house in Austria which i was quoted £14.99 to return it! I phoned PayPal and explained the deception. Fake item, not from the UK etc and PayPal settled the dispute in my favour. They are looking into this company.
Please avoid this company and others selling it as I believe they are all a con!
I will be more careful in future and Facebook should not be allowing these ads! Please claim back your money if you can

Toy is really poor quality flimsy and awful-not as advertised - comes squashed flat in a vacuum pack and never recovers.
Company is in Austria cost £9.40 to return and they didn’t bother to collect it so it was returned to me - has now cost £35 for two awful useless toys that probably cost around £1.50 to produce.

Absolutely awful, I would give 0 stars if possible. Item was damaged by the way they packaged it. Customer Service was useless and when I went through PayPal claims I was told I would only get a refund if I paid to ship it to Germany! Avoid at all costs!

I placed a order in early January and no updates or shipping and no replies . This is a scam company that is not based in the UK it is misleading.

Not received dog toy. Not given tracking number, so can't check if it's even been sent.....

Since my above review. Had email to track toy... Will see if it arrives now.

I have never received my purchase even after numerous times of emailing them,,I asked for my monies back and I never received it ,I only live on a pension so it was a great lost to me,So my advice to one and all is to give them a wide birth.

Do not buy from this company !!! Have not received my order dated in December, they do not answer to emails sent to them. 🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order for a personalised dog collar on 6th October. I received a shipment confirmation on 14th October. When I tracked the parcel the number was not recognised. I emailed Kansimo several times but was told repeatidly "I can confirm that your order has been processed and is currently being shipped".
The customer services is rubbish. They are unhelpful and just repeat the same thing over and over - "I can confirm that your order has been processed and is currently being shipped". In total I have sent 25 emails. My parcel has never arrived and Kansimo refused to send me a replacement collar or refund me. They had the cheek to offer me a 10% discount off my next order.
Do NOT buy from this company. They are a scam!!
Be warned.

I am extremely disappointed as I have not received my items for an order placed on 11th December. It is now 1st January.
I am hoping I have not been scammed and I have contacted the company to ask for a refund.
I did not realise that this was not a UK based company until after I placed my order and it did not arrive.

Completely unsuitable!

In the time it took for me to use the toilet, my dog destroyed the red ball part of the toy. When speaking to the manufacturer they told me it’s for NOSE WORK ONLY. They would not accept that a dog might use their teeth when pulling treats out of a snuggle toy.

This is one of those websites that looks like you are buying from a UK retailer but it's actually being shipped direct from China. I bought the snufflemaster, it is vacuum packed so the ball does not form a sphere when unpacked. It took almost a month to arrive. Not trustworthy. Wish I had looked for a review first. I tried to leave a 1star on their website. Unsurprisingly, it's not there.

Terrible dog toys which did not last more than a day or two. Bought the lobster and fish and our dog had the stuffing out almost immediately. Both in the bin and £20 wasted. DO NOT BUY
