I ordered a personalised dog harness from these scammers in October and I have still not received it despite contacting numerous times and getting various excuses from them when I did get a reply,the last one was that they'd refund my money,of course this has never happened.They are nothing but a company of cheats,crooks and liars.

Like other buyers I wish I’d read these reviews. Purchased on impulse after seeing it promoted on Instagram. Supposed to be a Christmas present for the dogs but still not arrived despite being supposedly dispatched on 14 Dec. No tracking links. Didn’t realise they were coming from China. Save your money.

I ordered a dog harness from this company in October, and the excuses for non-delivery range from problems with shipping partner, high influx of orders, your replacement is in progress, and a 30% discount on my next order. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. This company is a complete SHAM. They claim to have 52,000 satisfied customers but it is impossible to leave a review on their website, and despite several requests for a refund, I AM STILL WAITING. Like others I wish I had read the reviews at the time of ordering, however I shall put this one down to experience. PLEASE DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>

From my experience this is an unreliable company, I would advise you to avoid if you want your product you’ve paid for in a timely manner. I ordered an item and unfortunately read reviews immediately after. I wrote to cancel my order within 5 minutes of ordering but was told that they work with an automatic ordering system and it can’t be stopped.I asked when I could expect delivery - no reply. I placed the order on 12th December, it’s now 23rd and no sign of the product I paid for. This is either a sham or a very poorly run company, either way I would advise people to shop elsewhere to avoid being disappointed

Like the other reviews wish I had checked before ordering as not arrived although they stated been shipped. Will never use again! Poor show

This company is misleadingly called Kansimo UK, the treat ball ships from China and still waiting for mine to arrive. I wish I had reas these reviews before spending hard earned money. The same product is available on Temu/wish for a quarter of the price without the hefty shipping fees. I very much doubt the toy will meet UK safety standards.

So annoyed, read trust pilot straight after purchasing and immediately asked for refund, to which they queried why, ignored email then few days later got email saying item had been shipped. Ball arrived flat-packed and weeks later still hasn't got it's shape. Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely appalling. I ordered a treat ball in october. I was happy to wait the long delivery time. It arrived on November 20th but was vacuum packed so split the rubber. I immediately contacted kansimo who offered a replacement or 30% refund. I took the replacement and told it was arrive between 12-16 days. After 22 days i contacted them as i hadnt recieved it. They seem to have gone mute on emails and now wont respond to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please take note of all the reviews saying the same thing.... I ordered 28th November and tried to cancel same day but told not possible as already been fulfilled by warehouse. Still took 2 days to be notified it had been shipped and 15 days later nothing. I've requested a refund and will be amazed if I get a reply. Next stage will be to request a chargeback.

I ordered a dog toy from this company via Facebook after seeing all the Facebook reviews. Wish I had come to TP first. After 6 weeks my toy did arrive, but it was broken. Their website looks really professional but in reality they are selling cheap tat that would probably not meet UK safety standards. Even if this toy worked I would have reservations about allowing my puppy to play with it, the quality is awful.

Finally received after 5.5 weeks. Dreadful quality, appalling products, bad acrid smell. Will go straight in the bin. Don't bother.

Like so many others, I wish I had read these reviews. So disappointed that I’ve ordered and paid and now they ignore emails and the Royal Mail number says they are still waiting for it. It’s been over 10 days since it was sent on a 48hr tracking. They do not reply and they have no way of being contacted other than email. Annoyed and disappointed on behalf of my bank balance and dogs.

Ordered a toy for my dog, item shown was large and supposed to be sturdy.
What arrived (in a re-labeled package from china) was a small, tacky toy that I wouldn't give my dog in a month of Sundays.
Absolute scam, queried the purchase through paypal to no avail. Was told to send it back at my own cost.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star but there is no option for 0. I agree with every single one of these reviews, absolute scammers. Ordered a harness on 13/10/23. Bet you can all guess I haven't received it. Rubbish communication from the company. They blame it on shipping and tell me they've sent another weeks ago. Will NEVER buy from an ad on Facebook again. My puppy will be an adult by the time I either receive the harness or get a refund.

I ordered two of their treat ball from their facebook page. They did arrive but the quality was poor so I requested to return them. You have to return items to Austria. It cost me £10 I stupidly decided to do this that was 2weeks ago still no refund. Emailed several times. Don’t expect to get my refund. Lesson learnt the hard way don’t order off a Facebook page. Avoid!!!

Stupidly I did not read the TP reviews before placing my order!
Ordered over two weeks ago, heard nothing. Contacted the company and got some cock and bull email about a problem with the delivery company! Then nothing more when I asked for a full refund!!

Now having to go through my bank to get my money back!

They appear to be a scam company, really annoyed that it was advertised to me on Facebook. I requested an update on an order and was given a spurious tracking number. I then asked for the courier company to enter the tracking number but no response so definitely this is a scam company. Not sure how to report them?

Ordered from them on the 24th October it is now 15th November sent emails asking for refund same answer all the time takes 12-16 days to arrive it now 22 days they send a tracking number but no where to track it SCAM company

Think I have been scammed by this company. Avoid at all costs.
Like the rest of the reviews on here I ordered my item over a month ago and have given up ever receiving it.
They keep saying it’s shipped and it will be with me “next week”. Still waiting. My request for a refund is never answered.

Avoid these scammers.ordered on 15th October and still haven’t received my 2 harnesses.Emailed 2 weeks ago and was told they were busy and to bare with them and that my order will come.I’m still waiting so emailed again asking for a refund but doubt I will see it.
