Placed order for collection with no order timescale or even rough idea ,had to cancel the order as i was starting job, I subsequently emailed about another product before making the same mistake and no one has got back to me yet.

Very easy to order on the website with an immediate email confirmation. I was notified about the delivery which was only 2 days after placing the order. On the day of delivery I received a text when my order left the yard and an estimated delivery time. The delivery driver was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything else!

Ordered two separate orders of stones online. Contacted by the store (via e-mail) first thing next day with a delivery date (which was within 2 days of order). Items delivered without issues. No complaints and would definitely use again for other items. Well done!

The service was first class on both occasions of our purchases from Grants recently. We did both as online purchases and everything was easy to find book and pay for. We received advanced notice of which day we would have delivery and even better than that I received a text message to say that the truck was loaded and 6 drops in the run about 45 mins later the truck arrived and off load the purchased wood slick and fast. Driver was excellent and safely loaded the wood into the drive. We could get the joiner straight in to the job fabulous. Thanks to everyone in the process

Twice now I have used this company since moving to the area and I'm glad I found them. They are very efficient, getting the delivery out within a couple of days of ordering, and the delivery staff have been very polite and helpful in carrying the order straight to your door.
