We brought from Tuin before, so after reading other reviews we decided to stick with a company we trusted, who deliver a great product and service.

Friendly clear and helpful customer service

At the moment five star but have not yet taken delivery.

The shed looks good but there were a few niggles with it. There are a few gaps in the apex of the roof which are nothing to do with how it was constructed. Not enough roof felt covers the roof so had to buy more just for a small section. I'm hoping there's enough shingles to do the job? No instructions sent for the install and nothing that we could find online. You will need to buy some different fixings/ nails for the windows/ door trims or else you will smash the glass or fire them straight through the walls into the shed. Not sure why we need so many incorrect nails as well? The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for!

Was informed about my order quite a few times saying they received order everything in stock . Or packaged and sent to distribution centre for delivery . Told by delivery company they received package everything delivered on time

Not my first Tuin review. We bought our first cabin some 3 years ago – 9m x 5m, and it is situated in a meadow, completely exposed to very high wind and driving rain, and I let it a full 18 months BEFORE I protected the wood. The build quality is absolutely brilliant, and the price is incredible in comparison to the alternatives. 40mm thick planks. Will last forever. I challenge anyone to get a “shed” that size for the same price – and good luck in winter….. We just ordered another cabin, slightly smaller, and had an issue with some details, which were rectified in one email and one phone call, one with Mel and one with Trina. Like all the communications I have had with Tuin – Mel and Trina were just absolute Angels, and just lovely to deal with. I cannot praise this company enough.

Went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a corner log cabin

I’ve changed my rating to 4* from 1* because the delivery (by Parcelforce) has finally arrived. It was advertised for Friday and didn’t materialise - we were apparently out (not true) despite hanging around all day waiting.
My previous experience of Tuin has been entirely positive - last time we were taking delivery of an entire log cabin so weren’t reliant on a parcel courier!
The log cabin was great too - this time a tin of timber treatment to refresh the treatment applied a few years ago.

Good product great service

After my 10 year old Daisy Log Cabin Euro sash lock broke I was worried about security. I checked with the local "sheds" but was unable to find an exact replacement. I contacted Tuin direct by email and although their order system seemed a bit complex I was able to obtain a replacement within a week at a reasonable price. Thank you guys.

Professional efficient friendly service

I have been looking at log cabins for about 10 years now and done a lot of research but never actually took the plunge. This changed last October when my wife and I visited the Tuin showroom in Norfolk something I strongly recommend. During our visit we were made very welcome by Melanie the sales manager who talked us through all aspects of buying and gave us lots of advice, at no point did we feel under pressure to buy in fact Melanie suggested we go home and talk it through before making any decision. We decided on a 'Jenny' cabin and we got a great price including a free T&G floor
I explained to the customer service team that I intended to store the cabin in my garage and delay the assembly of the cabin until the weather improved in springtime and they kindly delayed delivery as long as possible . Cabin arrived mid-January and delivery went well thanks to Steve the very friendly driver., I have checked all the parts and everything looks to be there and I am really impressed with the quality. Looking forward to putting the cabin together in a few weeks, time will tell if it goes smoothly but I have trial fitted a few parts and I am very confident it will.
I did have a slight niggle that technically Tuin did not have to do anything about but I got in touch with customer service and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am blown away with my experiences  with this company so thanks so much to all of you down there in Norfolk and your colleagues in Holland who packed it so well.

It was easy and straight forward to do. Can't wait for it to arrive.

The ordering of the Noja Combo Shed was a breeze on the Tuin website. I was able to get internal area specification to suit my needs. The help desk assisted me on placing my order and pointed me to extra specifications on my order. I received confirmation of the order, with the help desk assisting on confidently booking the shed delivery week. All considered, a pleasure in doing business.
